An intimate 1 bedroom, nicely furnished and very convenient

The property is well kept and in a convenient location for most of the PHX metro area. The garage and property entrances are behind a security gate and the condo is clean and well furnished. Would book again.

Nice condo priced high

Located on a very busy street. Condo was clean and the owner was very responsive to questions. For the price however, some simple but important things were missing. No cable TV however there was Roku with limited channels, only one set of keys for entry to the development and fitness center making it difficult for multiple people not on the same schedule, no assigned parking spot sometimes making evening/weekend parking difficult. So, given the location and amenities I felt the price was high based on our other VRBO experiences.

Nice and Quiet

This condo and complex is super nice. Tucked away next to the mountain in a nice setting. A little nervous that the local walmart had armed guards, so wouldn't let the teen girls walk alone in the area. Fantastic gated community where we felt safe and comfortable! Price is right!
