About this property

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, top (3rd) floor apartment with balcony in clean, modern, spotless seafront apartment block. Family friendly with lifts. Travel cot available on request. Air conditioning. Rooftop terrace with stunning sea views. Free WiFi and satellite TV(English, Spanish, German - 140 channels).
Underground parking. Beautiful apartment block with private pool overlooking the Mediterranean with several lovely, safe beaches within walking distance or short drive. Lovely promenade along the seafront to walk or explore. Local markets several days a week. There is a market on the seafront next to the apartment on Thursday mornings.

The apartment is kept spotlessly clean (we have had many compliments from guests).

Travel: Murcia airport 65km. Alicante airport 70km. Airport pickups can be arranged. Car not necessary but recommended if you want to explore.

Apartment: Air conditioning/heating. Satellite TV (150 channels Spanish, English, German - look up Ole for full list) , DVD player, WiFi. Towels and bedlinen provided. Balcony with table and chairs (morning sun until abut 1pm). I double bedroom, I twin bedroom. Double blow up mattress. Travel cot can be arranged.

Restaurants and Bars: Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in immediate area. All tastes and price ranges including Thai, Italian, Mexican, Spanish, Indian, Chinese, English. Most bars and restaurants have free internet access. Several sports bars with large screen TVs.

Banks and cash points in immediate area.

Beaches: 2 within 10 minutes walk along promenade. 4 or 5 others including Cabo Roig and La Zenia are short drives. All are clean and safe with life guards. Some have beach bars.

Golf: Short drive to excellent Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Las Colinas Golf and Country Club.

Go Carting: short 10 minute drive.

Shopping: Modern supermarket and general stores 5 minutes walk. Street market next to apartment block on Thursdays. Street markets in nearby towns on other days including in San Javier and San Pedro. Local Patisseries. Large new shopping mall 10 minutes drive. Several smaller shopping centres within short drives.

Visit: Torrevieja - large Spanish town 20 minutes drive north. Promenade, beaches, boat trips, restaurants, afternoon/evening market. San Javier - 15 minutes drive south and San Pedro - smaller Spanish towns. Murcia - Historical city with hot springs. Historical city/port of Cartagena 35 minutes drive and well worth a visit - open top bus tour and harbour boat tours highly recommended.

Vacaciones en Cabo Roig

Este es mi segundo año que voy a apartamento de Karen, en este último año hemos estado 19 días y hemos estado agusto, pero con MATICES... contras que tiene el apartamento...tiene que cambiar la cubertería está súper estropeada da grima coger una cuchara para hacerte un café, yo como ya lo sabía ya que el año pasado estuvimos 10 días, me he llevado los de mi casa particular proveyendo que no los hubiera cambiado y asi a sido, y eso que el año pasado en mi reseña ya se lo dije que los cambiase, eso vale poco dinero y da una apariencia fatal tener esa cubertería, por otra parte los colchones de las camas infantiles ó de 90 cm, que hay dos, están también para cambiarlos están muy gastados y se notan todos los muelles, en 19 días que hemos estado a mis hijas ya les dolía las espalda, en la habitación de las dos camas dobles de 90cm hace falta un ventilador que funcione bien pues el que hay es como si no estuviera, como he dicho antes es el segundo año que voy y me lleve uno de mi casa, pues el año pasado mis hijas pasaron mucho calor, dado a que el ventilador que tiene la casa no vale, el piso esta en la última planta y lógicamente hace más calor, tiene dos aires acondicionados pero uno en el salón y el otro en la habitación de matrimonio pero no llega el fresco a la habitación pequeña, los 2 sofás están para cambiarlos también. En fin...tiene que invertir dinero en el apartamento, si no la persona que vaya no regresara, yo,en mi caso, hay casas por precios similares y mejores.
