Beautiful apartment with tasteful decoration and a fantastic terrace located in a gated complex which has parking in basement, paddle tennis courts, swimming pools for adults and children, surrounded by green areas. Please note its spacious terrace with outdoor furniture perfect for breakfast or lunch outdoors. Located just 3 or 4 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown, the area has a wide range of services. Sanlucar de Barrameda offers many tourist attractions such as the weather, the beaches of Bajo de Guía, the one of la Calzada, the Piletas or Jara; and numerous monuments: Castle of Santiago, the Church of Señora de la O, the Palace of the Dukes of Medina Sidonia and the Convent of Santo Domingo.It also has other attractions as its rich cuisine based on fish and seafood, bodegas and horse racing on the beaches.

Alojamiento amplio bien ubicado, muy limpio y cuidado, con detalles para pasar una estancia agradable sin echar nada en falta, practicamente como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. Dispone de amplia piscina, terraza muy grande, pista de padel y plaza de garaje de buen tamaño y fácil acceso. Propietarios muy amables y serviciales. Sin duda un sitio para repetir.

Puesta de sol y gastronomía inolvidable

Ubicación de 10.Apartamento muy limpio y con una terraza espectacular y que decir de la ventaja de tener la plaza de garaje debajo de casa.Piscina muy limpia y con todas las medidas Covid necesarias!!!!a 2 minutos a pie de Bajo Guía,con zona de ambiente y restaurantes estupendos.A 10 minutos a pie de la plaza del Cabildo,con restaurantes emblemáticos como casa Balbino,con su tortilla de camarones. Hicimos excursiones a Chipiona,Cádiz,Jerez,Setenil de las Bodegas….y una semana de 10!!!!
