Central yet quiet, high-end and tasteful living - a holiday flat completely redone in a villa for 2-4 people with attractive and modern design.

Located close to the spa area in a quiet villa-neighborhood, it is just a short walk through a small park to all the sights, spa facilities, shopping opportunities and restaurants.

Your cosy living room in Italian design is furnished with a bright bay window overlooking the garden, large dining table, sofabed (queen-size, for two additional adults), HD-TV with international channels and free wi-fi.

The master bedroom in Wenge design offers a queen-size bed and a spacious wardrobe.

The large bathroom gets a lot of daylight and has a shower, towel heater and hair dryer.

And the fully equipped kitchen offers a ceramic hob, fan-assisted oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, extractor hood, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. A washing machine is available upon request.

Some more remarks:
This is a non-smoking flat and is suitable for people suffering from allergies. The flat is easily accessible for both the elderly and families with young children thanks to its location on the mezzanine, accessible by a few steps only.
The surrounding streets offer free parking spaces. Alternatively, we can offer a spot in our private garage (upon request) in the yard.

Preis/Leistung ist super

Bei dem niedrigen Preis erwartet man nicht viel. Wir sind sowieso recht anspruchslos, die Wohnung hat uns aber sehr überrascht. Sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, groß und gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und sprechen auch noch einwandfrei deutsch. Der Weg ins Zentrum ist sehr kurz, man läuft etwa 15min und da man sowieso keinen Parkplatz im Zentrum findet ist laufen sowieso die bessere Wahl. Da fahren wir sicher wieder hin.

Excellent choice for my long stay

Modern, well furnished apartment with a comfortable beds in quiet neighborhood, friendly and helpful owners. Short walking distance to the center of the city. Yes, I would come back again and recommend to others.
