Perfect base home for the Piedmont

Lovely home with friendly hosts! GIovanni and Brunella could not have been more generous with their time and expertise! Shared the best strawberries ever with us! THe house is so well built and situated on a quiet street with an unbelievable view of the countryside from the 2nd bedroom! Would highly recommend!

Basic townhouse suitable for 2 adults

Owners write up is deceiving. This property consists of one bedroom with half a bathroom (no bath or shower) , one sofa bed in the lounge, a very small TV, a kitchen with basic equipment, a small patio off the kitchen that opens up to the owners backyard, a roomy bathroom with shower that also includes a washing machine. The 5th person sleeps in the kitchen on a fold out bed. Very poor internet connection. Owner was friendly and coffee was good! Expensive for what you get.

Quiet house with pretty views

Govone is a very pleasant, quiet little town from where you can easily tour the region with a car. It’s an easy drive to Turin. There is a supermarket within a 3 minute walk and restaurants and coffee shops a short walk away. The owners are very kind and helpful and the property is clean and tasteful. It is on three floors with kitchen in the basement (with a little patio) and quite steep stairs so probably not great if you have very small children. If Wi-fi is important to you, it is not reliable here. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
