About this property

Come relax in our completely remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the white sandy beaches over looking the Gulf of Mexico. The Sugar Beach Complex features 3 pools, one heated in the winter, a kiddie pool, covered gazebos and comfortable lounge chairs for your sunning pleasure. The Sugar Shack by the pool area serves hamburgers, hot dogs and other fun food along with the beverages of your choice. All parking is under roof on the first floor and security is provided at the entry gate. A tennis court and shuffle board are located on the second floor.
Great to-go seafood is located directly across the street for delicious in room dining. Sugar Beach is conveniently located close to both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores dining and shopping. The entrance to a beautiful 12 mile paved biking trail thorough the wetlands of Orange Beach is right across the street..so bring your bicycles for a great ride or rent a bike at the entrance. Come enjoy your vacation at the beach..........

Gulf Shires sisters trip

We enjoyed your property. I know with the sea air it must be a problem however the slider doors should be checked regularly for sliding ease. A little bit if W-D 40 would work great. Also it would have been nice to have mire than one hand towel in each bath for the week. Yes… we did launder them for continued use. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you.

Family vacation May2021

Great locations, but building needs updating. Parking was very difficult due to we had four different cars and only two parking passes which the second one cost additional $40. Not use to having a Condo with not enough accommodations such towels, soap, extra blankets etc. View from our condo was great

Great condo, but parking was a problem.

The interior of this condo was updated and well kept. The parking and exterior cleanliness was not well maintained. There was not always parking later at night. No spots left....not one.

Beautiful condo but wasn’t clean

Upon our check in we were shocked to find the sheets had not been washed since guests had stayed there before us. Urine stains covered the sheets, sand & hair all over them. Comforter & shams were filthy. We were forced to buy detergent & wash all NASTY linens before we went to bed. It was disgusting to say the least. Hair in the showers too. Dirty & dusty fixtures. For such a beautiful condo the owners need to reconsider their rental property management due to uncleanliness. This condo wasn’t cheap. Also last time I stayed in this condo my brand new curling iron & blow dryer were left behind & when I called Sugar Sands reality nobody ever communicated with me. When I checked in I inquired about my items being left during the previous trip & they said they much have been taken by someone & never offered an apology..just said “we try not to let this happen”. I love love love this condo but it’s a shame to pay so much money for a dirty condo.
