independent villa with large garden, located in a private village trafficked only by residents.
Fully furnished and equipped, including washing machine, air conditioning, television, hair dryer, iron, barbecue, sheets and bath towels. The house can accommodate up to six people, also equipped for families with children.
Ideal location for a relaxing holiday. Just 1 km you will find a bar restaurant, pizzeria, supermarket, tobacconist, petrol station.
The nearest beaches are 8 km away, practically 10 min. of car !!
Elmas airport is half an hour and the port of Cagliari about twenty minutes.
It is necessary to respect the rule on waste disposal, at home you will find in detail how to dispose of your waste, if the rules are not respected there will be an extra fee of 100 euros to be refunded for any violation of the rule.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus bei dem es an nichts fehlt. Das große eingezäunte Grundstück bietet Ruhe und absolute Privatsphäre zum entspannen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dennoch diskret. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Parfait!

Très chouette maison, propre et bien équipée. Propriétaire tres gentils et à l'écoute des locataires. Bel emplacement dans la verdure et pratique pour visiter toute la côte sud. Une toute petite remarque: des volets aux 2 fenêtres des chambres seraient un plus pour se proteger du soleil et de la clarté du matin, mais c est juste une suggestion... Les propriétaires sont gentils et à l'écoute. Location à recommander sans probleme! Bref, super sejour!😍

Il relax

Se amate la tranquillità questa casa è perfetta, immersa nel verde possibilità di fare splendide passeggiate nella natura, tutto ciò a una ventina di minuti dalla splendida città di Cagliari e a una quindicina dallo splendido mare della Sardegna. Marisa è una host sempre disponibile e puntuale nel rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. Grazie

Maison calme et reposante

La maison de Francesco est spacieuse et possède tout le confort nécessaire, les grandes terrasses sont très appréciables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de l'environnement et le jardin. Des terrasses on peut admirer une magnifique vue sur les collines alentours. Le propriétaire est très disponible et très serviable.
