New holiday home with sought-after design 100 meters from the sea along the blue flag coast of Santa Maria del Focallo in the province of Ragusa. The villa consists of 2 apartments independent of each other plus a large veranda on the ground floor and on the second floor a terrace with gazebo, solarium and kitchenette. Crockery, sheets, towels and cleaning products, air conditioner, TV, wifi are provided free of charge by the host. Extra services: car rental (including the classic Triumph car). The first floor apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. A second apartment on the ground floor is available that can accommodate up to 5 people, reaching a total maximum capacity of 13 people, with a discounted price upon agreement.
It is a villa full of light and color, decorated in a cheerful and lively way! It gives a sense of freshness, cleanliness, positive energy and pleasant hospitality.
At about 500 meters away are supermarkets, restaurants, chalets (including the well-served Soda Beach), pharmacy, medical guard and the most famous kitesurfing station in all of Sicily. Its position allows it to be a perfect hub between the provinces of Ragusa and Syracuse. Stupende bordering coasts are those of San Lorenzo, extraordinary white beach by the turquoise sea, the Isola delle Correnti (where they meet in a warm embrace the waters of the Ionian Sea and the Mediterranean Sea), the marvelous town of Marzamemi with the the most ancient tonnara of the island, the natural reserve of Vendicari (one of the most famous ornithological observatory in Italy), Eloro, with the nudist beach of Marianelli. On the Ragusa side there are a myriad of beautiful beaches including those of Maganuco, Sampieri, Cava d'Aliga, Donnalucata, Marina di Ragusa. Villa Oscar is also located in the center of the beautiful baroque cities of Noto, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Modica and a few km away from Cava Ispica, extraordinary prehistoric archaeological settlement with rock churches, necropolis, monumental remains of the Bronze Age and graffiti.
