Villa Molly is a luxury property offering everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun. More than just a holiday rental Molly really is a home in the sun and immaculately presented.

On the ground floor of this fully air-conditioned villa you will find a large and airy lounge, dining area, fully fitted kitchen and wc. You will find the kitchen stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, condiments, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and detergent.

On the second floor you will find a large ensuite double bedroom and a large ensuite twin bedroom both with private balconies and lovely sea views. On the third floor you will find the master ensuite bedroom with a large fully furnished roof terrace with paroramic views, where you can relax and watch the sun go down.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful mature garden. The sun terrace is furnished with sun loungers, umberellas, seating area, shaded dining area, hanging basket chair and a glass fronted fully furnished decking area where you can relax and enjoy the good size private pool. All pool towels are provided.

At the rear of the property you will find the 'Orange Garden' which provides a relaxing area to escape from the sun and includes a further sofa, bean bags, dining table and BBQ.

The villa has Alarm System, additional security deterrents, full UK TV, WiFi, XBoxOne, DVD and book library plus board games and chess board.

A cot and high chair can be provided on request.

Villa Molly is situated a 10 /15 minute stroll down to the village therefore no car is needed. There is however parking directly behind the villa. Taxis are extremely cheap and cost approx. £2.50 to the Marina.

We are happy to arrange private airport transfers for around £65ew (for up to 3 passengers)

Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, the property was perfect for our needs, was well located and had lovely views across Kalkan. The owner was really communicative and friendly and the property manager responsive to needs. Great value for money and would definitely return.

Stunning villa with everything you could possibly need for a very relaxing break.

This was the first time we have not stayed in the old town as we had been put of by the reports of loud music being played until the early hours. The peace and tranquility more than made up for having to pay a couple of pounds for a taxi back. The only thing you can hear is the soothing call for prayer. The owners really do provide everything from toilet rolls, kitchen paper, tin foil, skewers for the bbq, soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets; washing powder, cooking oil, condiments, herbal teas and coffee. It’s the first time we have not had to stock up on our arrival. We also received a very generous welcome pack with the option to request specific items from the owner. It was lovely to arrive to a cold glass of vino waiting for you. The villa was immaculate and well looked after with the pool and garden areas being tended to on a daily basis. We were very lucky with the weather but on the one day it rained we entertained ourselves by watching dvds and having our dinner delivered to us. We found the owner Jill to be very helpful and accommodating and look forward to enjoying all that Molly has to offer when we return with our grandchildren in the summer.

Fabulous Villa

What a fabulous villa, very tastefully decorated and so much space both with the interior layout, and the gorgeous pool area and gardens. We wanted a break away to relax and recharge and the villa definitely provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere to do just that. The property manager was wonderful and met us in the early hours in our hire car to guide us to the villa. He would call every morning to clean the pool and tend to the gardens, he was both unobtrusive but a lovely friendly guy. The Villa is in a fantastic location, on a morning you can sit out on the balcony and watch the sun rise over the Taurus mountains, and on an evening sip a cocktail and watch the sun set over the bay, and the town start to twinkle and come to life. The owners Gill and Darryl couldn't have been anymore helpful both before, during and after our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful villa we had an amazing holiday.

We are a family of 5 and live in Edinburgh, Scotland. We first visited Kalkan 3 years ago and fell in love with the town and its people. We were lucky enough to realise our dream of purchasing a holiday home there in August 2016. We visit our 'happy place' as frequently as we can and we are now very popular with our family and friends!!!

Villa Molly offered everything we were looking for in a holiday home, a peaceful location yet an easy walk into the town. The Villa is large and airy and offers spectacular sea views from every room and is surrounded by lovely mature gardens.
