Beautiful 2 bed apartment in Central Antibes with air conditioning and parking

This modern apartment (completed October 2010) on the 3rd floor of a prestigious residency (six floors in total) is tastefully fitted and furnished throughout to the highest standard and comfortably sleeps four adults.

Set in a convenient and central location in the town (a one minute walk to the main square of Place General de Gaulle), the apartment is located on the internal side of the residential building, with no road (and traffic) directly outside. As well as being close to the station for trips along the coast, it is also only a short walk into the Old Town for shops and restaurants and ten minutes to the lovely sandy beaches of Antibes.

The good size, west facing balcony, overlooking the garden area, includes a dining table with four chairs, outdoor lighting and a sun umbrella and benefits from the sun from lunchtime to late afternoon.

The lounge which opens onto the balcony includes a stylish black leather sofa and matching leather chair, a flat screen TV with English channels, a DVD player and a music system with iPod dock. The professionally designed and fitted open plan kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances - a Bosch electric oven & hob, cooker hood, a microwave, a washing machine and a full size fridge/ freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a good size dining table with four chairs.

The apartment has air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms and in the open-plan lounge.

The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed and the two single beds in the 2nd bedroom can be converted into a large double bed if preferred. Both bedrooms include floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes with ample storage and hanging space, furniture and bedside tables with modern lighting.

The bathroom includes a top quality , spacious, shower cubicle, a vanity unit with wash basin and a heated towel rail.
The w.c is housed separately and includes a wash hand basin.

The apartment is fully double glazed with electric operated window shutters.

Internet / Wifi is also provided at the apartment and underground parking at the residence is available with the apartment.

End of stay clean and laundry costs are included in the price. If you wish to hire towels at a cost of 10€ per set please advise us before check in. Check-ins after 21.00 are subject to a charge of 30€ and no check ins are available after 23.00.

Parfait!
Accueil sympathique et très arrangeant. Appartement très propre, petit mais bien agencé, avec des rangements. Inutile de faire les courses dès son arrivée, il y a deja queques produits essentiels (savon, produit vaisselle,...). Balcon agréable pour boire son café au calme et au soleil (il y a une cafetière Nespresso). L’appartement est idéalement situé, il y a de nombreux commerces (dont l’excellente boulangerie Le fournil des frères Olivier), la gare à 10min à pied (Nice est à 25 min de TER), le vieil Antibes à 2min.

Gepflegtes Appartement in zentraler Lage
Der Aufenthalt in der gepflegten, ruhigen Wohnanlage, in welcher das gut geschnittene, saubere und moderne Appartment liegt, war sehr angenehm. Die Gastgeberinnen haben uns freundlich empfangen und alles genauestens erklärt. Für Fragen waren sie ebenfalls durchgehend ansprechbar. Außerdem sehr praktisch: die unmittelbare Fußnähe zum Bäcker und Supermarkt sowie Strand, der leicht zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Logistisch auch sehr praktisch: die Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor der Tür. Von dort aus waren Auflüge nach Nizza oder Cannes nicht nur extrem günstig, sondern auch praktisch. Das Auto stand überwiegend in der Tiefgarage, genial! Alles in allem hatten wir als Familie mit zwei Teens eine erholsame Zeit durch viele Vorzüge allein durch die Wohnung. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Eine Moderne Wohnung Zentral gelegen
Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen es war modern und sauber. Des weiteren war sie zentral gelegen, so dass man gut zum Bahnhof oder zum Strand laufen konnte. Dieser war circa 1 km entfernt und durch einen Spaziergang durch die Stadt erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat gut funktioniert. Das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, war eine Spülmaschine. Wir sind unsere Touren in andere Städte, zum Beispiel nach Cannes oder Monaco mit der Bahn gefahren, Das war sehr entspannt.
