The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Cascais, 5 minutes from the beach and surrounded by all kinds of local commerce, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
It is a busy area and has a nightclub in the basement, although it has double glazing you can hear some noise from the street.
It's a third floor and the building doesn't have an elevator.

The apartment has two bedrooms. One of the rooms has a king size double bed (160x200) and a walk-in closet. The other room has two single beds (90x200) and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is large and complete with a large shower cabin. Towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and hairdryer included.
There is a washing machine. Iron and ironing board available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your home-cooked meals. It has fridge, hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and magic wand.

Check-in - Between 16:00 and 20:00 before 16h only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; late check-in after 20:00 will cost 30€; late check-in after 24:00 will cost €50.
Check-out - Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6am will cost 50€; Early check-out before 8am will cost 30€.

Extras:
Transfer from / to airport / apartment: 50 € up to 4 people, 60 € up to 6 people.

Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;

Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include varied services from bookmaking to play or sports activities, marking restaurants or catering services, babysitting,drivers, guided tours, among many others.

Security deposit: 200 Euros per booking; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition in which the guest found on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred in the apartment or any furniture or equipment thereof.
