This beautiful traditional Tuscan apartment is 35 square meters and can accomodate comfortably 3 people. It has a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.


The apartment is located on the ground floor of Il Casale (our resort consists of three buildings: the main villa -a large villa for 10people-, the main residence -referred to as the Casale- and a smaller residence -referred to as the Casale in the wood-) the only apartment in the property providing a stunning entrance from the secluded back side, with ample views on the valley and orchards right in front of you. Its welcoming and private patio furnished with table and chairs, gives you direct access to the garden and is close to the pool.

Boschi di Montecalvi, a typical Tuscan farm. This unique property offers 120 acres of naturally preserved area of mediterranean bush and forest. It has been inhabited since Etruscan times (around 700 BC) and it preserves a strong connection between man and earth. Only organic farming is allowed within the property, olive groves and fruit orchards melt beautifully with natural bushes and ancient oaks.Guests of Boschi di Montecalvi have access to the stunning infinity pool and the surrounding mediterranean garden; within the 120 acres property there are also miles and miles of trails to walk and explore the natural landscape, learning about the local flora and fauna. Mountain bikes enthusiasts will find their paradise here!
The restaurant inside the property offers local - traditional, home made food. We make our own bread and pasta, have a large brazier and brick oven for pizza, and use local organic produce to satisfy even vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, paleo and many more dietary needs.
There's a parking available for guests and we encourage you to come with your own car or rent one, as the property is set within a natural park with no public transport.
The entire property can also be reserved for larger groups, family reunions, company events, weddings etc, with sleeping space for up to 50/52 people and gourmet chef for up to 60.
