About Eduardo

I am Swiss, but Brazil is our home since +25 years. We are a family of European origins, my wife being French. I've always worked in finance for big multinational companies, especially in the area of advertising. Currently focused on mergers and acquisitions deals. We love to travel. Our families are spread over several countries and continents, and very open to different cultures and life styles. We live in a another appt bulding in Sao Paulo, not far from where this appt. is located.

Why Eduardo chose Vila Olimpia

We loved this appartment since the moment the construction of the building started by around year 2013. It is one of the tallest residence buildings in Sao Paulo (40 floors). Brand new building, it was delivered to us by the construction company early 2015. It took us another +6 months for fit out work, furnishing etc. With great amenities, leisure spaces and lounges, the whole 22nd floor is aimed at social activities, and includes an outdoor pool. Similarly the groundfloor serves same purposes, with an indoor pool.

What makes this Apartment unique

The building is situated in one of the most modern areas of the city, with impressive new office and residence buildings in the neighborhood. Walking distance from the new business sector where big multinational are headquartered (i.e. Google, HSBC, etc).
