About this property

This sea-front attic apartment with two bedrooms is simply one of the best in Las Canteras. Its amazing and huge open terrace offers one of the most beautiful sightviews of the beach and its sunsets. This is the only apartment located in the top floor of a very quiet building of only twelve apartments. The distance between the entrance of the building and the sand is only 20metres! Both the apartment (Aug16) and the building (2012) were recently restored. Centrally located, very quiet at night.

Exquisite views in the heart of Las Canteras

An incredible home with breathtaking views. The location is perfect, the apartment is even more perfect, and the owner is a welcoming and kind person. I stayed only one night with a coworker but I definitely plan to return, this time with my girlfriend. If you’re thinking on choosing this apartment, don’t think twice, you’ll be amazed!

Best apartment we have ever stayed in

From the taxi transfer from the airport, to meeting Juan, everything was very efficient and gave us confidence in our stay. We are regular travellers to Las Cantaras so didn't need assistance from Juan regarding the area etc - but he was very knowledgeable and would have been a great source of information if we had needed it. The apartment was fab - a couple of requests- the temperature/humidity rapidly increased after a couple of days and we emailed Juan to ask whether he could supply a fan. Less than an hour later one was delivered. We also had a slight problem with the lock in the front door - Juan arrived within minutes with some WD40 and the problem was solved. We really hope to return and would totally recommend this apartment - the terrace was great - always sunshine for my Husband and shade for me. This apartment really warrants 5 stars.

Gran apartamento y Gran propietario

El apartamento es impresionante, por su terraza, vistas y confort. El Propietario, Juan ; nos prestó una acogida de amigos, indicándonos las mejores playas, restaurantes, y zonas dignas de visitar a lo largo de la isla...; y si le sumas el melódico acento canario, quedas encantado desde el primer momento. Los detalles son muchos: toallas de playa, hamacas, sombrillas, amenities, productos de limpieza, de desayuno...; una estancia muy grata en una de las mejores zonas de la playa de las Canteras (la mejor playa urbana que nunca he visto). Totalmente recomendable. Un verdadero placer habernos hospedado en este apartamento.

Perfect property in a great location!

We had a terrific stay at Juan's apartment. Juan was extremely friendly and helpful and provided us a list of wonderful restaurants locally and around the island. We ate at many of them and were very happy. He was wonderful with our 2 year old daughter and even provided beach toys for her to play with. The apartment had everything we needed, was super clean, comfortable and superbly located directly on the promenade. It is right on the beach, walking distance to great restaurants and groceries, car rentals, and the promenade has no cars so was great for our toddler with no fear of traffic. We highly recommend this place!
