About this property

Recently refurbished four bedroom, three bathroom property located within Port Isaac. Enjoying stunning sea views from the front of the property, with off street parking at the front for 3-4 cars, and enclosed courtyard to the rear.

The two front double bedrooms have fabulous views of waves crashing onto rocks, one of the bedrooms is ensuited with double shower cubicle and Mira Sports electric shower.

There are two bedrooms to the rear, one which is a double and the other has an adults bunk bed and a single bed. There is a family bathroom with a bath and Mira Sports electric shower over.

The front of the property is accessed via a porch/small sunroom leading to a modern, bright lounge with great sea views, bathroom with walk-in shower, newly refitted kitchen diner with access ro rear terraced courtyard garden.

Beautiful scenery, nice house

We enjoyed beautiful Port Isaac and the coast. The house was spacious and homely but a bit musty in the kitchen. Overall we can recommend the stay in this house.

Amazing views!!

The views are stunning from the bedrooms and the lounge across Port Isaac Bay. Having 3 bathrooms with 4 bedrooms was very handy too! Only let downs were the bins weren't collected (and we had trouble getting help to get this sorted) and it was obviously the end of the season for the cleaners (towels missing from bathrooms and a bit dusty). Small issues for a brilliant location and modern house. Thank you!

Fantastic location and great property

Ajay's house in Port Isaac was perfect for our needs as 2 families with 4 children between 10 and 14. The inside space is lovely, and better than the online photos - we loved the room layout and the large kitchen diner as well as the spacious living area. Bathrooms were modern and more than met our needs. The outside space to the front of the property was surprisingly private with not much foot traffic passing by and the views from here were simply stunning. The courtyard to the rear of the house is in need of a bit of TLC but we didn't spend any time there anyway as the views to the front were so amazing! The proximity to Port Gaverne and Port Isaac was perfect. Padstow/Rock, Polzeath and Tintagel easily accessible by bus.

Excellent

This property has stunning views overlooking Port Gaverne. It is modern inside and has a great dining table which seats everyone. The leather settees in the lounge are really comfortable and so are the beds. The 3-4 parking spaces are amazing and unusual for Port Isaac. 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms make it ideal for our family (we didn't need the 4th bedroom). We would love to stay here again.
