About this property

The house of Pinheiro is a traditional Algarve house, very charming, very cozy, with a fabulous patio with BBQ area to enjoy meals in the shade of the majestic pine tree that gave its name to the house.
With swimming pool and just 15 minutes walk from the local beach and the village center with all the necessary amenities, this house is ideal for families to spend their holidays without needing a car.
If you bring a car or want to rent one, you have a driveway to park your car with an automatic gate.
A few minutes away you will find water parks, water sports and boules, numerous supermarkets such as LIDL, ALDI, APOLÓNIA, PINGO DOCE, CONTINENTE among others, fantastic beaches and much more.
The house has two bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed. Comfortably sleeping 6 adults and two children.
On the ground floor there is a living room with dining area and fireplace, equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Up the stairs, the first floor has two bedrooms (one with terrace and outdoor fireplace) and a bathroom with shower.

Excelente em todos os aspetos

A casa é ideal para uns dias de férias em família. Está muito bem localizada e equipada. A proprietária esteve sempre disponível para resolver qualquer questão.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Déborah est très serviable et réactive.

Je recommande cette location. Les bémols sont l’escalier de la piscine à bien viser / le pin qui salit la piscine et voiture. Location 👌🏾

la maison est super et la proprietaire tres a l'ecoute

nous avons passé un tres bon sejour dans cette maison elle est spacieuse tres fonctionnelle proche des commerces et de la plage la proprietaire est tres attentionnée et reactive
