Superb private pool Villas overlooking the sea and golf course.
Four free standing private pool Villas of identical design and position (one is occupied by the owner of the gated estate), ideal for families and friends, offering accommodation of 2 bedrooms (plus 1 small room in front of the main bedroom and an optional one at the basement), 1 bathroom, 1 w.c., 1 external shower, open plan lounge and kitchen with high end appliances onto a large patio, partially sheltered, with barbecue facilities and a 7,50*3,50 m private swimming pool in front of the living room. Sophisticated interiors, great outdoors, all equipped to very good standards. Ceiling fans also available in every room for people who do not like air condition. Both bedrooms have private balconies looking out over golf course and the sea. The distance between the villas ensures absolute privacy concerning sight and sound.
Blue flag Afandou beach (6 KM long), a long stretch of sandy and small gravel beach with crystal clear waters, is at walking distance(300 M) and it is perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
Near the property there is the most successful supermarket of the island with excellent prices and an ATM in front.
Taverns and cafes can also be found along the sea front and main road.
The local water park in Faliraki is just a 7 minute drive away and offers a great day of water fun. You will also find a great range of beaches and coves within easy driving distance - Anthony Quinn Bay, Tsambika Beach (shallow waters, excellent sand for small kids, ten minutes drive away) and of course the fabulous 4 km long sandy beach of Faliraki. Here you can sample a vast array of water sports and enjoy many boat trips to Rhodes town or just cruising the local bays.
Rhodes Old Town is a fascinating medieval city, a UNESCO world heritage site and a short 20 minutes’ drive away. Meander around the narrow cobbled streets or window shop along the wide paved Socrates Street.
Famous LINDOS village is 30 minutes drive away.
Afandou is ideal positioned to the center of the island.

I need to book again...

I've just got back from a fantastic week and how i wish i had booked a fortnight! The welcome by the owner was great everything easily explained, I felt at home straight away and thank you for the beers! The villa and location are perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet in a laid back location this is the place! The villa is well appointed, comfy beds, great aircon, spacious and well arranged outdoor space and a great size pool, all this just makes it a special place to stay. Its 10 mins walk to the beach and there's a great beach side snacks place I'd recommend the omelette and greek salad! A little further down the coast ie 5 - 8 mins drive there's another beach taverna and a couple of really good fish / seafood restaurants. You can also order pizza delivery to the villa! Although you can easily get a taxi from the airport its approx 30 mins, i would recommend hiring a car if you'd like to explore. You also have the best supermarket only 5 mins drive away so a car will make it easier to stock up, there's some great Greek wine! I can't wait to stay again thank you for a lovely holiday 😀

We had a fantastic holiday, owner is so helpful and interesting to talk to. We loved the peace and quiet of the location, while also being walking distance from shops, restaurants and the beach. We had everything we needed and more. Fully equipped, spotlessly clean and spacious. We was amazed at how comfortable the beds were too. Thanks for such an amazing holiday and all your help and advice. We hope to visit again in the future. X

The villa has beautiful views, a really good size for 2 families (8 people), everything is near if you have a car! Costas was friendly and polite and answered all questions we needed! We asked them to buy some food for us as we arrived late and it was really nice to have something to eat and drink! We didn’t know about the hot water first but then Costas advised us of a boiler that needed switched on! We really enjoyed our stay and loved the island though the weather was not nice, it was a great holiday and would like to come back! Thank you

Wonderful villa

Lovely clean and spacious villa. Top notch communications with the owners. Pool was great. 10 minute walk to sea. 15 minute walk to local restaurants and big supermarket. We had a fab stay. Thank you!

Der online Auftritt verspricht mehr...

Leider haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung und vor allem Außenanlage wirkte abgewohnt und etwas lieblos. Ständig gab es Probleme mit dem Pool. Es war sehr windig, ich weiß nicht, ob es dort immer so ist. Der Weg zum Strand (10 Minuten zu Fuß) ist nicht schön. Der Strand selbst gefiel uns gar nicht. Rhodos ist wunderschön und hat tolle Strände, aber nach Afandou Beach würden wir nicht noch mal fahren.

Wonderfull holiday home

The owners (Kostas and Nell) are living nearby and assist you with anything you need. From good restaurants to car rental. The villa is very nice and privat. Airconditioning in all rooms. Everything you need is available in the villa. The swimmingpool is big enough to swimm in the morning. Avandou is located central on Rhodos and a good place to travel to all intersting sites on Rhodos. We will come back in the near future.

The property is in excellent condition with all the essential amenities in full working order

First class! I had a good feeling about this holiday due to the close communications with the owners leading up to the holiday. A spacious and modern property located in a very peaceful, picturesque and secluded area of Afantou. You feel like your in a trusted and safe environment. We spent a great deal of time relaxing outdoors ; the pool is clean and big enough for two families, with enough comfortable sunbeds; the shaded large seating area was the centre piece for much entertainment; the men folk will be delighted to know that the BBQ area is excellent. You will need a car to get around the island but there is plenty of parking and Afantou is located at equal distance from Lindos and Rhodes City. There are plenty of options to eat out, and a large supermarket is located only 3/4 mins away. You can also order a home delivery should you not wish to cook. The owners of the villa live in the vicinity and are extremely friendly and helpful and will order your food for you to save with any potential language challenges. What I particularly liked was the fact that they came round from time to time to make sure you were enjoying yourselves. Overall, a highly enjoyable holiday in a fabulous Villa; our only regret is that we didn't stay long enough, but we will certainly be staying here again should we wish to come back to Rhodes. Highly recommended. Thank you to Afroditi and his good lady for renting the Villa and taking good care of us.

Einfach nur traumhaft!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche dort und genossen unseren Urlaub sehr. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet aber groß und sauber. Für Babys und Kleinkinder steht auch alles nötige zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm für eine schnelle Abkühlung und das Meer und dessen weitläufiger und ruhiger Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Dazu sind die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen in einem der vier Häuser was sehr hilfreich ist da man einfach klingeln kann wenn was nicht passt. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr Schön & Sehr nette Vermieter

Die Villa war sehr schön, sehr räumlich und kühl da mehrere Klimaanlagen eingebaut sind. Der Pool ist 1,65m tief, war immer sauber und wurde öfters gereinigt. Neben dem Pool ist draußen ein großer Tisch wo man schön essen kann. Falls man mal keine Lust hat auswärts zu essen, hat man die Möglichkeit leckeres essen über die Vermieter/Besitzer der Villa liefern zu lassen. Die Gegend ist sehr Ruhig, falls man auch Zuhause seine Ruhe haben will, dann ist man hier Richtig. Sehr nah an der Villa ist auch der Strand der zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Ich muss sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden mit der Villa war und ich muss wirklich ein großes Kompliment an die Vermieter machen. Ich habe noch nie so nette Vermieter kennengelernt.

wonderful time in Afandou

a very well equipped villa in a peaceful location near to Afandou beach but still within walking distance (10mins max) to restaurants, shops etc. the villa was very clean and was well equipped. we enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing stay and the advice given by Kostas regarding restaurants was very appreciated by us. Kostas was on hand when we needed help with a puncture and we would certainly stay here again if we visit Rodos again.
