„Villa Floral“ is a private property located in a tiny, idyllic village in the north of Kefalonia island about 10 minute drive from the famous sailing and yacht harbour Fiscardo and 90 minutes from the islands´ airport. The two traditional stone houses with the sky-blue shutters and the amazing view over Ithaki – Odysseus´ island, are surrounded by olive groves, almond trees and flowers.
The cypress beach “Foki” with the typical emerald green-coloured water is a few driving minutes away from the property. Quiet, sandy beaches, the “Myrtos” beach, also known from the movie “Correlis´ mandolin” and the peninsula Assos, are at 30 minutes accessible.
Villa: Two stone houses, renovated 2016 with natural materials, with private terraces and a shared pool between the properties, provide a high level of self-catering accommodation for 4-8 guests. The full of rustic charm interior design combines comfort and tradition with contemporary and antique furniture of wood, stone walls and wood-framed rooms. The lower house has a balcony, the upper house has an additional terrace with direct sea view. Each house is 75 sq m split on two floors, with a living-dining area in the ground floor including all the amenities needed. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower are accessed by a steep staircase.
The houses are set in a garden with stunning views down towards Ithaki and Evreti Bay to enjoy the romantic sunset and to ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Facilities: complimentary Wi Fi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, air-conditioning, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, pool towels, parking spots, Weber BBQ, shared swimming pool (8 x 3.5 metres in size and 1.4 meters deep), private jacuzzi in the upper villa. The property is maintained by our property manager and his team. Service and tax fees are included in der renting price.
Car hire recommended.

A little extra for guests are natural bath products and home-made products for breakfast. We use organic products to support natural materials, microplastic-free and free of mineral oil-based substances. We avoid raw materials of animal origin or from genetically-modified organisms.

Catering: Self-catering. Guests are welcomed by the property manager of the Villa Floral and will be supported during the whole stay. After a 10 min walk groceries and tavernas can be accessed. In the harbor of Fiscardo „Tassia“ and „Irida“ are known for their traditional kefalonian kitchen.

NOTE: The property is suitable to a limited extent for toddlers due to uneven ground, steps, stone floors and unfenced pool.
