Costa Del Sol El Paraiso - Apartment in Beautiful Gardens near Country Club

A lovely, spacious one bedroom apartment on a quiet street with easy access and parking outside the property. The El Paraiso Country Club is about 100 yards from the property and El Paraiso Golf Club just a short distance away.
Within a few minutes walk are a number of restaurants, shops, buses and taxis. The nearest beach is about a mile away.
Puerto Banus is about 7km, Marbella about 17km with good transport links to both.
The apartment has a large lounge with a 3 and two seater sofa & TV with local and UK channels. Free Wifi is available at the Country Club. The kitchen is a good size with microwave, full sized cooker and hob and a small table - although there is a full sized dining table in the dining area at the front of the property. There is a standard double bed at present and a large bathroom with shower. There is a small private patio outside the kitchen. The area has beautiful gardens and lovely walks.

Excellent apartment

Had a lovely comfortable at Julie's apartment, cosy home for your holiday, double bed was a plus for couples. We definitely will be back and recommend to fiends and family x

We did not stay a single night as the property was not habitable

The property was water damaged and damp. Fortunately the local property manager was extremely understanding and professional and found us an alternative property for our stay.

You won't be disappointed!

A lovely 1 bed apartment set in the Patio Alcornal. Nicely decorated and spotlessly clean with a large lounge and kitchen!! All you need for your time in the sun and can highly recommend!

La casa è perfetta così pure l'ubicazione, nel complesso c'è una bellissima piscina con ristorante e bar annessi. Numerose le spiagge e le località da visitare. I am a friendly, busy lady, living in Shropshire, working in Liverpool.
I bought my apartment just a year ago and love it and the surrounding area - Patio Alcornocal. I am unable to get out to the apartment as much as I expected or would like but would like other people stay and enjoy it. I work as a sonographer for the NHS but have worked as a clinical specialist for several ultrasound companies for which I travelled extensively. I lived abroad for a number of years in Australia, Germany and the middle east but am now settled in my work in Liverpool which I really enjoy.

Why they chose this property

I was looking for a property not too far from a beach, within a short distance of shops, restaurants and activities eg golf, tennis, ice skating (don't laugh - there is an ice rink in Benalmadena & despite being a bit older will still occasionally get stopped for speeding by the ice marshals! ). I I also wanted a relatively flat location and preferably ground floor for easy access for my parents.
