The villa "Les fougères", as its name may suggest, represents nature. Surrounded by pines, oaks, ferns, this villa is a real haven of peace and tranquility. Very well located, the villa "les fougères" is less than 4 km from the Co (o) rniche, the pilat dune and a few hundred meters from the various pyla beaches.
This comfortable villa will allow you to spend delicious moments out of time, thanks to its private, enclosed garden and not overlooked 500m2.
For lovers of outdoor dining, the villa has a magnificent garden furniture as well as a charcoal barbecue. Departure for a barbecue evening with friends. For hot days, deckchairs and a large parasol are available. All that's missing is a large glass of fresh lemonade.
For your vehicles, private parking is available in front of the villa.

A deposit of 2000 € will be requested from the Agency upon arrival in accordance with the rental contract.

Excellente

très bon séjour; excellent accueil par l'équipe de l'agence Gaume du Moulleau; juste un peu trop d'ombre par endroit dans le jardin et à signaler un pin desséché sur le côté gauche de la maison à faire abattre ainsi qu'un peu de nettoyage et élagage feront du bien; une adresse à retenir; à noter la proximité de la plage et de la dune du pyla et le grand calme sont des atouts majeurs

Nice house, no extras

A nice house in a quiet neighbourhood and a lovely spot. A great store just around the corner for all the day to day basics and close to restaurants, cafes and the Dune de Pyla. We enjoyed walking on the forests paths and seeing the beach. The house was clean and tidy and had kitchen basics as well as a highchair and baby crib but don't expect anything that isn't included in the listing. We had to bring our own sheets and towels and there was not a drop of soap or piece of toilet paper when we arrived so we had to go out right away to get basics. We were expected to check out at 10 but they forgot about us so no one arrived to walk through and give back the damage deposit until I called them to ask why they hadn't arrived yet.
