In this beautiful holiday home with spacious terrace, located a few meters from the sea you will be able to experience the beauty of a direct contact with the elements of nature.
Perfect for total relaxation lulled by the gentle sound of the waves and the cries of the seagulls. You will be able to enjoy the sunrise and the sunset over the sea and you'll love the sun throughout the day thanks to south exposure of the apartment. You will not be disturbed by any noise from roads and trains as the lines of communication are inland. In addition, you will not be disturbed by any noise from bars, restaurants and discos. These attractions can be reached, however, within a few minutes by car or by bus. The nearest towns with night life are San Lorenzo and Santo Stefano al mare.
A few steps from the house there are several coves where you'll be able to enjoy a nice bath in crystal clear waters. So you'll forget the water polluted, noisy and crowded beaches and you'll experience a whole new way to get in touch with the sea and nature.
The apartment is beautiful even during wintertime as it is a place where you'll be able to experience the highest concentration and quietness. You'll experience the sublime beauty of sea storms and you'll enjoy the mild climate given by the proximity of the sea.

Ferienwohnung mit direktem Meerzugang

Einzigartige Lage direkt an der Felsküste mit direktem Zugang zu einem kleinen Kiesstrand von der großen Terrasse aus. Nicht für gehbehinderte Menschen oder kleine Kinder geeignet (viele Treppen von der Strasse nach unten und zum Meer). Parkplatz extrem eng, nicht für größere PKW geeignet. Fahrräder sehr empfehlenswert, Zugang zum Radweg über provisorischen Steig 50 m vom Haus jedoch sehr mühsam. Wohnungsübergabe durch Francesco (spricht nur italienisch) wenig hilfreich, keinerlei Infos zur komplizierten Müllentsorgung, Restaurants oder sonstige Tips. Wohnung gut ausgestattet, OK für 4 Personen, Spülmaschine fehlt leider.

Traumhafte Terrasse direkt über der Brandung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt über Weihnachten mit unseren 3 erwachsenen Kindern. Der Blick auf das Meer und den Himmel war grandios, Sonnenauf- und untergang inbegriffen. Unsere Jungs waren jeden Tag zum Schwimmen im Wasser! mit Zugang zum kleinen Strand direkt von der großen, schönen Terrasse. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und angenehm, einzig ein größerer Boiler und eine Geschirrspülmaschine wären wünschenswert gewesen. Wir wurden vom Verwalter Marco mit hervorragenden Tipps und Reservierungen in vorzüglichen Restaurants verwöhnt. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!

Meraviglioso

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti in questo splendido appartamento con terrazza vista mare incredibile. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare e offrire una vacanza all'insegna del relax con comodi lettini sulla magnifica terrazza. Consigliatissimo!!!
