This 1,078 square foot beach condominium is located in a beautiful, small, 13 unit, extremely desirable seaside(Beach-point) location in Truro, MA. It is 5 minutes from Provincetown. The community consists of approximately 1.5 acres and over 270 feet of private beach frontage directly on Cape Cod Bay, in an area known as Beach Point. The private beach has been beautifully maintained with approximately 100 feet of sand and beach grass separating the high water mark from the buildings. Absolutely magnificent views from every window!
One can relax at night and see the sparkling lights of Provincetown, the fishing boats lit up as they return to port, or yachts moored in the harbor. and not to forget Long Point Lighthouse. At certain times of the year, whales spout not too far from shore and sea birds dive for food. Come and enjoy.
Truro offers Cape Cod’s premier eco friendly attractions. Accommodations ranging from Cape Cod historic to first class pampering. Food trucks to 5 star rated restaurants. Everything needed for a memorable summer vacation or a relaxing year round getaway. With easy access to Provincetown and Wellfleet, Truro is your place to play, stay, eat and enjoy!
In the words of Henry David Thoreau
“We saw the sunset in the Bay, -- for standing on that narrow Cape was, as I have said, like being on the deck of a vessel... this sight drove everything else quite out of our heads... the shining torch of the sun fell into the ocean.”

Why Fiona Petrie chose Truro
I purchased this property because of it's unique offerings such as water views from ALL windows. Pilgrim's Lake in front and the ocean out back. The home has a wonderful open concept with a lovely, large, bright kitchen which is really well laid out. The bedrooms are so incredibly roomy. The home has so many upgrades and nice finishes and great sized cupboards. The crowning glory of this home is the view of the ocean and the proximity to the water. I know of no other condo which allows you a private 25 x 30 ft deck to enjoy the sun, the surf and the ocean views right on the beach. What a very special gem - a true oasis! I am the co-manager of this condominium development and so I will only rent out a very few weeks per year.
What makes this house unique
I bought in Truro because I love the sun, the sand, the rolling waves and abundant wildlife of this area. Amazing parks and incredible dunes like nowhere else. This is the only part of the east coast where you can watch the sun set over the ocean. And oh what spectacular sunsets they are!!! There are so many activities to do here all year round. I actually enjoy off season the best - especially when a storm comes up. So much fun to watch from the cozy living room. You can't beat the fun of P-town minutes away. Filled with unique stores, culture, art galleries, exceptional restaurants and more. The people there are exceptionally friendly and very interesting.
