Completley remodeled, beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse (3 level) the master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has full over queen bunk, there is a FULL size pull out sofa on the main floor. This unit is only 100 feet from the private end of Scarborough Beach and really some of the only true water front townhouses in the area, this is a prime spot with unobstructed views of the ocean and Black Point on one of the highest rated beaches in Rhode Island. This unit has a hot and cold outside private shower, two large
decks one off the living area and one off the master bedroom. Full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and all the comforts of home.

Ocean Getaway!

Great location for restaurants and beach access. We just crossed the street and were on the beach! Nice view of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and both decks. We found the condo very comfortable and met all of our needs. James was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of our questions. We would definitely love to go back in the future!

Labor Day getaway

We have been going to Scarborough beach for 30 years. This is the first time ever staying over for a long weekend. Beautiful place to stay. New renovations! Our family loved being so close to the ocean. We were able to sit outside on the porch and enjoy our Lobsterfest. Very clean and welcoming. Loved hearing the waves crashing at night when we went to sleep.

Fantastic location and condo

Condo was perfect for our week-long vacation! Being situated directly across the beach was the most amazing part. We could be at the beach in less than 2 minutes and the views from the balconies with the ocean waves crashing in the background were just dreamy. The condo is newly renovated and just beautiful, comfortable and clean. All the amentities and luxuries of home provided made our stay even better. Overall a 10/10 stay and highly reccommend. Thank you for sharing this special home with us!

Perfect getaway

The pictures did not do this rental justice. It was a clean, private and modern rental we stayed at during our wedding. The sound of the ocean was therapeutic throughout the day and night. Even as a resident of Narragansett i would stay here again!

Just perfect!!

The pictures really don't do this place justice. Large deck off of the living room has a large table with 6 chairs and umbrella. Smaller balcony off of main bedroom has 2 chairs and a table. Kitchen is modern and has everything you need. I've honestly not seen a VRBO with this many pot, pans, measuring cups, knives, etc. And a cupboard of spices. Keurig or traditional coffeemaker. Large outdoor shower. Location is amazing. Nice views even when the New England weather isn't cooperative. 2 minute walk (or less) to the beach. This road is very quiet, low speed limit and safe for kids. In this area one of the best beach front rentals available. Would recommend 100%.

Wonderful Post Labor Day Experience

My wife and I wanted a quick getaway the week of Labor Day and found the perfect location. The owners were very transparent, communicative and gracious before and throughout our stay. The place had tremendous views of the ocean. The sounds of the waves crashing on the shore as we sipped our coffee on the decks was very peaceful. The location is great...across the street access to the private beach. Plenty to do in the area, even during the off season. Would definitely recommend this property to a couple or a large family. We are bringing our family back next year for sure!

Beautiful Ocean View

Property was located directly across the street from the beach. Property was large enough for the 5 of us with room to spare. Everything you would need for a quick or long stay is available. Only need sheets and a few paper products. We really enjoyed the property and surrounding area.

The Perfect Location and condo that has it all

My family, friends, and I were beyond thrilled when we arrived at this incredible condo that literally sits across the street from a beautiful beach. The views from the multiple balconies were breath taking. The condo was loaded with everything you could ever need for a long stay and hitting the beach. There was plenty of sleep space and areas to sit and relax. The Owners were extremely compassionate and accommodating every step of the way. I cannot thank them enough. I strongly recommend staying here for your next vacation and plan on staying here myself again in the near future.

Beachfront experience!

We loved the location and views from this condo. The only problem was there weren't any sheets on the master bedroom and I found them in the dryer downstairs damp! We usually don't have to make the bed upon checking in. Also there were too many stairs but that's what you get on 3 floors!

Great Beach Vacation

We had a very relaxing family vacation. Property has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Great ocean views and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach all night. Very pleasant stay for the family. House has everything including boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and towels.

Great location and a great condo!

We stayed for 3 days and I wish we could have stayed longer! Our family of six loved the condo - plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably with the 2 bedrooms and our older 2 enjoyed the pull out couches for added space. The condo came with everything we needed - a very well stocked kitchen, lots of games/movies, plenty of linens including beach towels, and all the supplies for the beach too (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and a few sand toys)! If you like the Scarborough area, you can't beat the location! We walked or biked everywhere and enjoyed time in nearby Galilee and Narragansett. And last but not least, the owner was great with communication and answering questions. It was a great mini-vacation and we hope to return again sometime!

Great Stay with Best views and Location

We had a great long weekend stay at this outstanding condo. The condo was spotless and super clean with lots of amenities, such as beach chairs, boogie boards and towels and anything needed for the 2 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen was great and best equipped that we have encountered at a VRBO rental (they even had a blender for drinks :) ) Views from the 2 decks were spectacular and open family room-dining area off kitchen was a great space to hangout in. Host was super responsive with any ?'s or requests we had before or during our stay and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Wonderful view -- A great space

Our family of five completely enjoyed staying at this unit. The ocean views from the living area and master bedroom are wonderful... with the windows/sliders open, you can hear the waves. The beach offers great length for walking and there's a lovely path to many rocky areas with tidal pools. Our son did lots of fishing! The unit itself has a great layout and afforded lots of space for the family to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. There are loads of board games and even a wii to keep the kids entertained when they've tired of the ocean. Overall, the decor was beachy and comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards are on hand -- as well as numerous towels! We had a great stay and would not hesitate to book again.
