Nice place for relax

Denis49 We are about to make our third trip to this property.The house are clean,spacious and had everything we needed to relax,cook and wash clothes. All the rooms are very large and the bed confortable.The owners are very friendly and accomodating.The neighborhood are quiet and peacful.I definitely recommend this property to all my friend

vacation rental

We enjoyed our stay for the month of feb 2013. We spent most of our time in the pool area, where we barbequed and relaxed in the beautiful weather. The house was clean & we are returning Feb 2014.

Our favorite Florida rental

We have rented several houses in Florida the last 10 years and we’ve been renting this house the month of April for the last 3 years, and have booked April 2014. The lanai area is just wonderful. Lots of room to relax outside with comfortable seating. We always eat outside and we’re cooking mostly using the BBQ. The Lanai area is huge, and that’s where we spend all of our time, except from when we sleep. Although we’ve never used the living room, it seems to be well furnished with sofa and chairs that should keep you comfy while watching TV if that’s your thing. The pool is a great asset to this rental. It’s solar heated, and in April the water is usually very warm, but as you can imagine, it depends on the weather. There is plenty of room for several people. We where 4 adults and there is another bedroom for 2 kids or 2 more adults, so all in all the house accommodates 6 people easily, and even more if it’s the same family. There are 3 bedrooms, and in two of them there are King size beds that are very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, and the next door neighbor is friendly and respectful. We love this area for the great golf courses, superb beaches, easy snorkeling at bathtub beach and much more. Hans and Gail, the owners, live a couple of miles from this house, so it’s very easy to contact them if need be. They respond very fast to any requests we might have. Coming back for our fourth year in a row in 2014, you can imagine that we recommend this house, so there you go, just let us have April ;-)
