1209 Melbourne Harbor
Unit was very dirty with dust and pet hair on walls of bedroom between wall and dresser and ceiling fan. Something on wall behind door of bedroom, was there last year, and still there now. Unit needs new towels and more of them. We left new food things in the frig, as we had to get out of town due to coronavirus.
Cindy, I am so sorry and wish I would have known as I would have gotten the cleaning company back there ASAP. This is unacceptable and you can bet this won’t happen again. Thank you for the feedback.
Nice one bedroom condo
The condo was as advertised. The neighborhood seems generally safe and is convenient to shops and restaurants. The condo is fairly quiet inside but outside there is a lot of noise from the traffic on nearby route 1 and the occasional train that goes through town not far from the condo.
Downtown One bedroom
The property is very convenient to the Melbourne downtown, You could park your car and walk to bars and restaurants. Good TV and internet. Unit has adequate space for a couple. Downside to the unit is the closeness to Rt.1, it can be noisy at times
Beautiful Condo in downtown Melbourne
Karen's Condo is exactly as advertised. Spacious Condo very nicely decorated, with great view of the harbor. Nice and close to downtown shops and Icobods, a local Bar and Grill. We particularly enjoyed that there was so much opportunity for walking around Melbourne. We walked to the beach several times, across the really neat Causeway, where we could see the dolphins playing in the water. Only downside is that it's very noisy off the balcony with the road ahead and highway 1 to the right. And there is a train that goes by several times a day and during the night. But all in all we had a great stay, would recommend.
We loved our stay at Melbourne Harbour!
As a one-time resident of Downtown Melbourne, I know first-hand the joys of the quaint area. The Downtown District is host to Friday Family Fest (2nd Friday each month), Fall Art Festival (Nov.), FIT Homecoming (Oct.), Candlelight Holiday Shopping (Nov./Dec.) and other events such as car shows, farmers market and the Sip & Stroll event in April.
Also, the District is home to the areas best restaurants, specialty shops, and night-spots.
