Just Right!

This is a wonderful place for a couple's vacation. Of all the VRBO's and Air BNB's homes that we have rented, Estela's condo was by far the best equipped. Every space was well utilized and there were hidden gems (non-essential items that you expect to do without, opting for carry-on luggage) tucked into every cabinet. It was very clean, water pressure and shower really good, nice ceiling fans and A/C, good linens and pillows, excellent location, free parking and Wifi much appreciated. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean, well maintained studio. Fully equiped

Don't have much literature skills to describe a pleasure of staying in this apartment. Me and my wife enjoyed our vacation time twice in 2013 and 2014 in april-may for two weeks. Studio was always clean and prepared for us. Communication with owner including financial matter was always simple. No hidden charges or any kind of misunderstanding. The resort itself being kept well maintained and clean with super and his helpers. Recommended? Definitely YES. Gonna stay in this studio when in Miami - YES again. Thank you Estela. Beautiful place , will deffenetly go back!

Very beautiful apartment very comfortable and convenient. They had everything I absolutely needed and the bed was super comfortable everything was neat and clean , I recommend this place is right on the beach and have all the stores not even a mile away. Planning on my next vacation and will be staying here again.

This is our vacation home, we rent it out throughout the year, but try to spend as much time as possible enjoying the unit in between rentals, specially in the summer time. We currently reside in the Kendall area of Miami, about one hour away from the condo.

Why they chose this property

Ours is a very special place. The area is the most desirable and expensive of South Florida. Having said that...You will find very affordable rates in our building. Constructed in the 1950s as a hotel, it was converted to condominiums in 1980. Today, we find ourselves surrounded by luxurious hotels and high-rise condominiums, but none of them have the charm, family atmosphere, tropical ambiance and affordable rates we offer.
Our small, two story building contains only 108 units. We, the owners, treat ourselves as family and keep our building as our home.

What makes this property unique

You will be able to enjoy full sunshine, weather permitting, till sunset time. The high-rise buildings block the sun from the beach area, starting at 3pm, but that does not happen on our beach. Also, ours is one of the very few heated pools in the area, during the winter months.
