Superb luxury furnished oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath – Listen to the waves while going to sleep. Wake up and watch the sun rise over a coffee on the balcony. Walk on the beach, swim in the ocean – don’t worry about taking the car or finding parking.
Unobstructed views of the ocean and beach from all rooms. Oceanplace is a favorite with many return snowbirds. Building offers great amenities. Apartment in mint condition. 10th floor views. Master offers den and large walk-in closet. Cable/Internet/linens/full kitchen. Just bring suitcases.
Kitchen has granite countertop, new appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator that dispenses water and ice), garbage disposal, dishes, pots and pans, utensils. Dining room table seats six. Living room has 42” LCD flatscreen TV, CD player/Radio. Both bedrooms with luxury queen beds and additional TV (in Master). Additional pull-out bed available in closet. Master bath has bathtub and shower. Second bathroom has walk-in shower. Tile throughout apartment except for carpet in bedrooms. Nonsmokers only.

Fabulous!!!!!

One word describes this property. The view, the location, the appointment and décor of this apartment can all be described as fabulous. My wife and I with our young son spent a beautiful 10 Days here recently. The fantastic weather was a secondary bonus to the great accomadation. Andre was a most gracious host and couldn't do enough for us, in fact he was most helpful when our flights home were re-scheduled due to a NorEaster snow storm. If you are looking for a quiet, stress free vacation in clean, modern surroundings, then this is it!

Great stay

I have stayed in a number of apartments before but this one had by far the best views. You can see the ocean from all rooms. The apartment is clean and bright. There is always a breeze on the balcony. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He lives nearby. The apartment comes with beach chairs and umbrella. I highly recommend this unit.
