About this property

The perfect spot for a perfect vacation on Keuka Lake. This rustic cottage has a fantastic view of Lake; a large upper deck with patio tables where you can relax and read your favorite author, soak up the sun and have dinner with your family and friends. If you prefer to be closer to the water, there is a large dock where you can sit and sun or run and jump into the most refreshing water of the Finger Lakes.
A large fully stocked kitchen allows for cooking, baking and seating of up to 12. If you don't feel like cooking indoors; we provide a grill for the outdoor grill enthusiast.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one with 2 full beds, one with 1 full bed and twin bed and the two front bedrooms have a large bay window with a view of the lake and a queen bed.
You and your family and friends will enjoy the location, the fresh clean warm water, the commanding view and amenities offered here.

Please note: Renters provide their own bed and bath linens. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
There are 42 steps from the parking area to the cottage. There are 20 steps from the cottage to the lake.

Great little house

Lots of steps but what a great deck and grassy area down by the lake! Kitchen table was huge. Location was perfect.

Great spot

The house isn’t fancy, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially if you spend most of your time outside. The lake view and access is great and we had fun kayaking, swimming and fishing. Teens and grandparents both had a nice time.

Nice little place

Privacy was excellent, no one around to bother us. Ease of fishing & tube floating good. We all had kayaks so that was a must of easy access to water. Deck was dirty so we washed off tables & chairs but no big deal. I would have wiped them anyways. Ease to grill from kitchen was great. Biggest bother was the steps. So thankful for the elevator

A real cottage owned by real people, not a mansion owned by a rich investor with no ties to area.

Close to good restaurants, good view of the land, fair price, everything worked, feasible to make home cooked meals.

Communication with owners was a disgrace

When we arrived, the doors were locked. Tried contacting owners numerous times…. When we were able to reach the husband, we were cursed out. The deck and view were amazing, although I would not recommend this rental to the elderly. The steps (40+) were steep. Although the house sleeps12, there is not enough seating in the living room. The air conditioner’s definitely need a cleaning. We had to shut them off due to a strong odor.
