Spacious and comfortable Victorian Summer vacation home located at 47 Pine Hill Road South on the Cape Neddick/Ogunquit line. very short walk to Perkins Cove. This is a perfect house for large family gatherings and offers three levels of living along with a bunk house with plenty of room for privacy. The first floor has a large family room with flat screen Smart TV. The adjacent living area has a dining table that seats 12. The 1st floor also has a kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove with double oven, and a bedroom with nearby full bath and laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also a full bathroom on this floor. The second floor features three bedrooms (a double with twin bed, a queen and two twins) and a bathroom including a shower. The third floor boasts two additional bedrooms, (two twins and one double) with a half bath on this level (perfect location for late morning sleepers). The bunk house is completely renovated with hardwood floors and high bead board ceiling. There is a bunk bed with a double bed and double trundle on the bottom and a twin on the top bunk.

Beautiful week in Cape Neddick

Home was spacious and clean and close to Perkins Cove and the ocean. The neighborhood was quiet. Loved the large wrap around porch with wicker furniture. Weather was beautiful all week. Suggestions for the owner: be more specific about policy on cleaning bed linens. Also mattresses on double and queen beds need to be replaced.. Only 10 chairs available in dining room meant two people had to sit out when it was necessary to eat inside.

Beautiful, large home and great location

This is an excellent property for those wanting to be close to the action, but not right in the action. The home is very spacious and has everything you need. Dana is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We enjoyed our stay!

Hogan Family Vacation

This property is a great location for large number of guests. We loved the front porch and also the back deck with the grill that we used a couple of times. We loved the location it is just a short walk from the property to Perkins Cove. Almost every morning we woke up and went and saw the sunrise. There were a couple of rainy days, but that was ok. Dana was very fast at responding to our texts with any questions we had. We are definitely going to rent this house again.

Great spot

The house is beautiful in a very quiet yet convenient spot. The issues were quickly resolved by the owner, who was very responsive. We had perfect weather - and all 10 of us were quite happy. The porches are the best feature!
