Beautifully decorated, 2 story beach house in PRIME ocean block location in a small, private beach association that offers a fantastic, family-friendly summer community in Ortley Beach, NJ! Located just 7 houses from the white sand private beach with lifeguards on duty. Surfers and paddlers are welcome. Just minutes from the boardwalk and entertainment and close to Lavallette shopping, restaurants and bars.
Open floor plan on the first floor with fully equipped modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. Adjacent dining area comfortably accommodates 7+ people. Spacious living area with Smart TV, free WiFi access and sleeper sofa. Half bathroom and full laundry. Easy access to secluded rear patio with Weber grill, table, chairs and umbrella. Private, enclosed, outdoor shower. Off-street parking for 4 cars.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath, plus a large en-suite with adjoining full bath. First bedroom has a Queen bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the en-suite has a King bed, flat screen TV and partial ocean views. Central AC with ceiling fans in every room.
Smoke free home. Great for families. Linens and towels are the renters responsibility. Weekly beach badges for access to the private beach can be obtained at the beach entrance.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. If less than 60 days, bookings will receive a full refund ONLY if the property can be re-rented prior to your scheduled stay.
***No groups or proms. Renters must be a minimum age of 30 years. Saturday - Saturday, 7 night rental.***

Why they chose this property
I've always loved the beach and when I began to look for a beach house of my own I quickly fell in love with Ortley Beach. I wanted a friendly beach community to enjoy with my kids and family. The close proximity to the Boardwalk and Lavalette makes this area perfect. Being only 130 steps from beach access in a private beach community sealed the deal. I look forward to sharing my beautiful home with you to make your own memories.
