About this property

This modern apartment is located just 15 mins walk from the center of Torrevieja on the 6th floor of a big apartment complex, and has a balcony with a great open view on the sunset and the mountains. There is a comfortable sofa in the salon, an isolated bedroom with a wardrobe, a well equipped kitchen with a dining area, high speed stable wifi (free of charge) and a smart TV. The apartment is perfect for 2-3 people, and not suitable for little kids.

You will find the view from the terrace exceptional - it's nice to enjoy it with a cup of coffee in the morning or with a glass of wine in the evening. For any remote work and your convenience we've got a high speed fiber optic.

The sea can be seen on the left, and the two main beaches are within 5-7 minutes walk. There are plenty of bars and small grocery stores around, and a big supermarket is just around the corner.

The apartment is managed by a local manager, who is also very helpful. We speak English, Spanish and Russian.

Very nice apartment a short walk from the beaches

Very comfortable apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Even in February the balcony was a pleasant suntrap. Katherine, the owner, has been very helpful throughout.

I am an educator (management) and a renter. I've been working as a programme director, executive education for Top business school in London for 5 years, and lived in the USA (Boston, Washington DC, Princeton NJ) almost 9 years. Originally I'm from Western Russia and well-travelled.

Why they chose this property

It was a dream for many years to have a summer place on a Mediterranean coast. When I saw the apartment, I fell in love with the open view from the balcony! I did my best to make the place comfortable, enjoy living here and am willing to give it for rent while I'm out of the country. Torrevieja is one of the most multicultural places in Spain - everybody speaks English and Russian here.
