Family Vacation

My family stayed at this property for an extended vacation and we had an awesome time! The house was very private and quiet. It had a great view and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean! The current was a little strong which made docking the sea doos and swimming a little tricky but that may have been due to the rain storm. We will definitely come back!!

Awesome river front property!!!!!

This house is great, it sits on the lake with its own private dock for jet skis. The house also has a small beach so it’s great for swimming as well. My group of 5 really enjoyed the patio as well, there was more than enough room for all of us to make dinner on the grill and enjoy the desert sunset. The living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms were all clean and spacious for any group or family. We loved that the house was a short driving distance to everything, casinos, grocery store, gas station, lake Mohave. Very centralized location and on the river!!!! We can’t thank Jodi our host enough, she was great. She was very informative about the house, if we had any questions she was just a phone call away. Our group can’t wait to come back!

Terrific property and location!

We had such a great time playing at the river and spending time at your home. We would like to also thank you for a hassle free experience renting from you. We will be sure to try and make this a regular spot for us in the future!!

AWESOME PLACE...

This is a great place to go, relax and have fun in the sun. We had a blast, the house is comfortable. Judi and Mike are real nice folks to deal with, handled a situation we encountered immediately. Wish we would have been able to stay a few more days. We are definitely planning on returning. Thanks Judi for taking care of everything!

Stay at this rental property for a family vacation and fell in love. The house is super clean, private, and quite. It was perfect for our little get away. The house has a private small beach area for the kids to play at while getting wet in the river. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely return again.

Great GetAway!!!

The pictures don't do this house justice. The view of this house was amazing I completely fell in love with this house and view. I will definetly be coming back soon. I rented this house as a getaway from our normal daily routine and I was not disappointment one bit. It did have really bad cell phone reception, but that just was perfect for us since we had so much more time to spend together. Me and my husband are so greatful that we had poor cellphone service it really gave us time to enjoy the river the view each other and we actually were very happy to have little no communication with the world. Definetly beautiful home and the owner was amazing was the house at the time she said she would did a run through and explained everything was avaialble day or night. Easy process for rental no hassels she was amazaing. I can't say anything bad about this property only that I hated to have to leave .... :( ... I will be back definetly will be back : )

Great Time on the River

This house had everything we were looking for to help us enjoy a long weekend on the river. We were able to bring our SeeDoos and keep them tied up to the dock. We enjoyed relaxing and BBQ without having to go anywhere. Especially enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets in the AZ desert. The house was clean and had plenty of room, even though we spent most of our time outside. Would definitely come back!
