About Jane Bond
Randy and I are retired Canadian snowbirds who bought this property to spend 3 months in the winter. I have family in Tampa and love to spend time with them when we are in Florida. We both grew up in Toronto Ontario but are currently living in Midland.

Why Jane Bond chose Spring Hill
My mom and dad purchased a winter home in Spring Hill in 1982 so I have been going there for many years. When I decided to buy a house in Florida, I looked in Spring Hill and bought on Sand Hill Avenue. Spring Hill has grown a lot since 1982 especially since the Suncoast Parkway was built. It is now a bedroom community to Tampa and Clearwater and only 45 minutes from the airport. There is lots to do, tons of shopping, the beach is close by, lots of really great restaurants and of course, golf courses to choose from. We like to go down to Tampa to watch the Lightning play or just spend the afternoon at the river walk or John's Pass for a change of pace.
What makes this House unique
This house has a great floor plan and is so easy to use. The master bedroom and pool bath/en suite is on one side of the house and the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom is on the other giving you lots of privacy if you have guests. The living room is big with a sliding glass window out to the screened in lanai and private heated pool. We spend most of our time on the lanai when we stay there. The kitchen is well equipped and large with the dining area right off the kitchen. The double car garage has a washer and dryer and clothes line.
