The Village Resort sits on the shores of beautiful Lake Taupo, New Zealand's water sports haven. Whether it's sailing, swimming, canoeing, rafting or boat cruises - there's plenty of activity on the lake to keep you amused. Not to mention arguably the best trout fishing in the world in the surrounding estuaries.
There are also plenty of land based activities on offer! If you're feeling brave you could try bungy jumping, jet boating, or take a helicopter ride. There's also golf, horseriding, and great shopping for the less adventurous.
All twenty two units at The Village feature fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, and patios with wonderful views of the lake. For those days when you feel like being slothful the resort has a recreation room with table tennis, darts, and billiards, as well as a heated pool and spa.
This is the week of the Taupo Ironman event - so be quick!!
