Lovely barn apartment in Tryon hunt country - includes mini donkey and luxury!

Peaceful, brand new barn apartment 20 minutes from TIEC (WEG), and 3 miles from Fence. Comfy queen bed and firmer IKEA queen fold out in living room with optional feather bed. Cozy and bright, with horses and pony and donkey below and outside. Kitchen and bathroom downstairs, but well lit stairs. Perfect for 2, but holds 4 for big events and for when you are out and about and need a cozy retreat.
Kitchen has microwave, sink and fridge - no stove or freezer. Keurig also! Small closet, big mirror, and makeup mirror! Have been renting to 7-8 groups this spring on another site and all 5*! Laid back farm setting. 3 minutes from restaurants in both Tryon and Landrum. Close to all antique shops and restaurants. There is a table & chairs and umbrella to enjoy and overlook the pastures as well.Horses may beg for carrots or become restless at night if it has been too rainy for riding, but we are a real little farm here. The mini's are right outside your door all evening and morning munching on hay.

Roku, Amazon Prime and good high speed internet and A/C. We are horse people and compete so we are very familiar with the show grounds and are excited about WEG!
