It stretches on two stories - 1st floor hosting a bedroom, very private, overlooking a quite street covered in trees.
+ Upstairs will take your breath away! A large dinning space and a living hangout area featuring a fireplace, corner nook and a space to relax in front of the TV.

Our kitchen is a complete show off! Chicago features great restaurant, yet, you will want to cook here! Its completely equipped will all your need and more.
Our guests are also loving our patio featuring bbq grill, for all those lazy summer nights.

The second bedroom has an office desk in case you are in town for work.

Even though this Unit has only 2bedrooms and 2sofa beds, if you are a larger group, let us know and we will gladly provide air mattresses.

Weekend getaway!

Great location and very clean property. Walking distance to Halstead and the Addison St. Station, wonderfully situated in Wrigleyville. Shower did leak some but was easily cleaned up.

The stay was nice but the beds were extremely hsrd

The shower and sink are clogged and the shower leeks onto the floor a lot.

Great location and beautiful home

The location was perfect for getting around the city. Close to Addison and Belmont stations with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Beautiful home!

Perfect Location

The location is perfect—a quick walk to Wrigley and all the restaurants and bars but far enough away that you can experience a peaceful getaway. The condo is stunning and has everything you could need.

Beautifully updated condo.

The condo is beautiful. Such a great space & very clean. The bedrooms are good size & the beds comfortable. Secured front & rear access in a great neighborhood. A ton of food & drinking options in walking distance. Short ride to downtown, the parks & Navy Pier. Would absolutely stay here again.
