**Please note that the indoor communal hot tubs, steam rooms, and saunas remain closed due to COVID19. The balcony hot tub is not the responsibility of the property manager. Should any hot tub issues occur during your stay, please report those issues to the property manager immediately. However, such maintenance is the responsibility of the onsite aquatics department. Depending on the number of work orders, they may not be able to come out the same day. Aquatics does check the chemicals in each hot tub every 3 days during peak season. Be sure to bring your own beach towels, as those are not provided. Housekeeping stocks the unit with enough towels and linens for each guest. In addition, housekeeping provides a starter pack which includes: 1 laundry detergent, 1 dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, & 1 roll of toilet tissue per each bath. Any additional supplies need will be the responsibility of the guest.
