Welcome to Ocean Villa 1402!

We purchased this spacious Panama City Beach vacation rental condo a few years ago so that we could have a home at the beach that we could share with our family and others. We selected Unit 1402 because it is very spacious with incredible views of the beach. Our condo is a two bedroom two bath beach residence that sleeps up to 6 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. One thing you’ll notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular. In the morning, we like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Since we spend time here ourselves, we’ve made this that this condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of a home at the beach. For us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment:

Another week in Paradise

This year we chose this condo for our annual Panama getaway. The condo was as expected with one exception. A smart thermostat is installed and the condo owner (not property manager) has preset the temperature for you. Don’t bother asking them to give you permission to control the temp in a room you paid to stay in. They will bring box fans to accommodate for your profuse nightly sweats but the property OWNER has made the decision to limit the temperature and does not disclose it to you in advance.

Everything was great. The AC is a headache eveytime we turned around it would go up to 75. The front room was so hot we had to purchase a fan .

Location views property great... unit needs updated

I would like to start this off by saying the location,views, and property all was wonderful. But as for the unit it definitely needs some updates and a new cleaning person/maintenance. When we arrived to PCB we had unloaded our luggage and cars onto the luggage racks and went to our unit, I had recieved an email saying our unit was ready to check-in into. Much to my surprise I was not able to get into our unit because they sent me the wrong code to get in. I had to call the number they gave me twice to finally reach someone to see what the confusion was. We managed to get over that hurdle and get inside. The condo was not as clean as it should be. There was very thick dust on the vents, thick dust on fan blades just very dusty. Just not what we expected going into a condo that we spend alot of money to stay in. As for the furniture.... where should I start. Let's start with the couches..... they were in terrible shape! The leather on them was cracked and the pull out sofa was not comfortable for my children. There was a metal bar in the middle of the bed that was very uncomfortable. Not to mention my daughter scratched her foot on a piece of metal on the couch that was broken. The beds absolutely HORRIBLE. Not comfortable whatsoever. And when we took the sheets off to wash them the mattress was disgusting. If I would have seen that before I slept in the bed I would have rather slept on the balcony! As for any type of beach supplies seasonings and anything else that other units we have stayed in previous... nothing! Usually units have extra chairs beach toys, kitchen stuff etc don't go expecting to not have to bring chairs for the beach because you will be highly disappointed! I had to purchase a new hairdryer because the bathroom outlet had a short in it and ruined my dryer. The exhaust fan in the master didn't even work. I love the property and the location but this unit needs a major remodel! I could continue on other things that were broken and not up to par but I think I have said enough!

Family Get Away.

We had a great trip. Over all the place was clean and just as described on the site. It had a stunning view of the ocean, we could see the kids on the beach from the room. The unit is walkable to a few different shops. The few things that could have made the stay better. Stocking enough toiletries and kitchen products or responding when your guest ask. There were 6 of us and two roles of toilet paper, one role of paper towels and two trash bags. We quickly ran out and could not get a response from the host about how to get more. The other thing that kind of stunk was they have the AC set to turn up to 75 degrees at 11:30pm. We woke up soaking wet and sweating every morning.
