Our guesthouse is completely separate from the main house. It boasts a convenient location sandwich between Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, The Roads, and Little Havana in the neighborhood of Shenandoah. The area is a working class area mixed with all socioeconomic backgrounds and cultures. The property is secured with an automatic gate for private on-site parking and security. It’s a fully furnished studio with a nice-sized bathroom, vanity table, and kitchenette. Guests can enjoy shared amenities (with the owner of the property and their kids) such as the pool, cabana bath, and hot tub. We are within walking distance of trolley and bus stations. A short 1.2 miles from the metro rail stations. Wynwood is 4 miles away and South Beach is 8 miles away. This listing is geared toward active tourists.

Cozy and clean place, excellent location.

The place is located in an excellent location with easy access to all main neighborhoods. Clean, cozy and well equiped room with extra amenities. Highly recommended.

Miami stay

It's a great spot if you are looking for a place to crash while visiting Miami. The room was as described, and clean and cozy. We didn't feel comfortable using the pool area.

I have lived in all four corners of the United States, however, my favorite place has been Miami. Miami has been my home for over a decade and I plan to make this my forever home. I am passionate about traveling and usually leave the country to explore a couple of times a year. I tend to stay to myself and am typically not the outgoing type however I love hosting and taking care of people.
