Studio 1 BA Condo – Ski In – Nice Location!

Sundowner First Chair Condo is close to everything! You can ski back to Sundowner on the 4 O'Clock Run, then stroll two blocks to Main Street. Plus, you can take the footpath to the seasonal Upper Village Pool and hot tub or enjoy a relaxing soak in the on-site communal hot tub as well. You and your group will love the convenience!

This ground-level studio can accommodate up to four people. After a long day on the slopes, kick back by the wood-burning fireplace and take in a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or enjoy a beer on the large balcony. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen and bar seating for four people.

Other amenities include central laundry facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Excellent location for skiing and town

This is a very convenient property for skiing or town access at a good value. The place itself is a little seasoned but had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay.

Cozy Condo in the Perfect Location!

My partner and I stated her for our ski trip and had a an amazing experience! The location was a quick walk to the Snowflake lift, and just as close of a walk to Downtown Breck. The stay itself was cozy and perfect for just the two of us, and communication with the property manager was great as well. We would definitely stay again!

Great ski weekend condo!

Perfect location in Breckenridge! Short walk to shuttle and ski lift for access to peaks 7 and 8. Four o clock run let's you ski within a block of the condo, making it a great base camp for your ski day! Also within a 10 minute walk from main street if you want to finish your day with Aprés.

Excellent Location

This studio apt is exactly as described, stayed with my husband and our two friends, the pull out couch and murphy bed were just fine accomodations for housing VERY close to the Snowflake lift, and a short walk into town. We didn't spend too much time in the house, so it was exactly what we needed. It is very dated, closet doors are broken, but the price is good. Propery management company was very fast to respond to a small problem we had, and very accomodating. Access to pool and hot tub is excellent. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you're looking for somewhere affordable to put your things, and get out onto the mountain and into town!

Great location/Poor communication

Location is good. Short walk to 4 o'clock bus, snowflake lift, and Main Street. Place is dated. Main bed was like sleeping in a hammock. Bathroom door does not shut completely. Used the text thread to ask for extra blankets but never got any. Seems like different people are managing the text response and it was slightly comical. If you can deal with poor managing, the location is great!

Toilet never flushed. Had to plunge every day. Paper thin walls, can hear everything. Most noise I’ve ever heard. Sounded like barn dancing upstairs. Next door neighbor, drives white truck CO tag AIR-130 cussed out my son for walking too close to his door. He threatened me while driving. Room has not been updated since it was built 40 years ago. Rented 3 times now through Summit, and they usually are good. No complaints about management; just a bad property.

Long Weekend in Breck

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures make this unit look nicer than it is. The unit needs a good bit of maintenance repairs. It would have been nice to go on the deck, but it was full of snow and ice. The management company was very responsive to issues we had with the unit. The location is good - walk to shuttle.

Great location but not well maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location!! Very easy to walk up to the ski lift and short walk home. Easy walk to and from the center of town for food and shopping. Place had everything needed to cook if you wanted to. We never got a message on how to get into the place, but after a very short call we were all set! Not a ton of storage for bags ect, but perfect for a trip for 2. This place is what you would expect from a lower cost air bnb in Breckinridge. If I had friends staying there I would tell them to make sure they bring hand soap and a set of sheets (no fitted sheet was at the location)
