All rooms and facilitates are located on the first/ground floor.
Small exclusive sauna, bicycle rental service and shuttle services to the city can be arranged. Additional bad places can be provided in bedroom attached to the apartment (by request for additional fee). You can enjoy fresh air using external furniture and barbecue zone. Secure private free parking spaces. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Children's playground and kids' outdoor play equipment in summer. You will be the only quest on the first floor. You will be able to use gym, garden with outdoor furniture for free. You can also use Sauna (located in apartments) for the additional price.
Rules of residence.

Please read carefully the following rules of conduct in the home and on the premises before booking. They are quite simple and we really hope that it will not cause you any inconvenience.
We will do our best to make your stay with us pleasant and comfortable and we will help you to resolve any issues during your stay at Just You Inn.
Just You Inn apartments are designed for a relaxing holidays for two people or a couple with a child. Breakfast is not included in the price, but by prior agreement with the host can be offered at a price of 4 Euro per person.
Just You Inn apartments definitely are not intended for a noisy holidays or for parties and other collective events. Guests must abide by generally accepted standards of conduct. It is strictly forbidden to make noise and listen to music loudly during the night from ten in the evening to eight in the morning. Residents of Just You Inn can invite guests only with host agreement.
At your disposal will be a whole apartment, located on the ground floor of a three-story private house, located in the green zone of the town, about a hundred meters from the river. The road to the city center is paved and well-lit at night. The house is located in a zone of private historical development within the city border. Green, authentic area, quiet neighbors.
The owners live on the second floor. In the courtyard there is a lawn, in the summertime there is a decorative pond with a fountain, a gazebo with electricity supplied, outdoor shower, there is a barbecue, a small cast-iron street stove (ignition fluid, coal, firewood is provided separately for additional fee or you can purchase them yourself).
The second rest area is open, right next to the porch of the house, also with electricity supplied (4 high-quality chairs, table).
Attention! Do not use electrical outlets in open areas during rainfall under any circumstances; this is very dangerous!
The apartments have a large, fully equipped kitchen / dining room, however if you need something else, please, don’t hesitate ask the host.
Sauna is located directly in the apartment, but its use is paid separately. We pay special attention: this is a Dry Sauna but not a Russian Sauna. It is strictly forbidden to pour water on stones and use brooms, as well as make any changes to the settings of the sauna heater. In particular, an increase of temperature can trigger a fire alarm and the arrival of a mobile crew of a security company. A large amount of Himalayan salt was used in the decoration of the sauna and steam quickly destroys it. The healing effect of the sauna and a special microclimate is achieved by the presence of Himalayan salt, an eve panel, two types of wood in the decoration, as well as using the best possible stones for the heater (the imperial stone is jadeite) and good ventilation. The sauna isn’t large; one person can lie or two people can relax while sitting.

Please, do not throw used toilet paper in the toilet, but use a rubbish bin.
In the room (bedroom) is a large corner sofa and a small sofa. By prior arrangement, a cot / crib can be placed in the bedroom free of charge.
In summer, for a symbolic fee, it is possible to use an air conditioner, but in practice, there is no such need; the apartments are quite cool due to the excellent thermal insulation of the house.
The apartment has a thermostat located in bedroom, which allows you to adjust the hourly temperature you need when the heating is running (please, don’t try to do it yourself, don’t hesitate ask the host, better in advance).
You can use the GYM. Entrance to the GYM directly from the apartment, through a small vestibule. We draw your attention to the fact that the GYM is a shared place and theoretically, other guests or host can also use it (in this case there is a separate entrance from the street).
However, we try to close the bookings of other rooms and prevent the simultaneous stay of guests in several rooms (apartments). In winter, the GYM can also be used as a children's play area, however, please inform us in advance.
Attention! do not leave children unattended in the GYM. Child safety is the sole responsibility of parents.
Attention! In winter, the GYM is usually maintained at a lower temperature, comfortable for sports (about 16 * C), please inform host in advance if you want to raise the temperature.
Smoking at the premises is strictly prohibited. There is a special place for smoking to the left of the entrance to the house, indicated by a special sign. Note: according to the Latvian legislation smoking is prohibited closer than 10 meters from the entrance of public places (houses).
We take the safety of our guests very seriously.
The entire courtyard and rest areas are well lit. Partially, the lighting is turned on automatically, if it is necessary to turn on full lighting, ask the host about the location of the switches.
All the premises of the house are equipped with fire detectors, the fire safety system operates 24/7 and is connected to a centralized security desk. The bedroom also has a local carbon monoxide detector. When a fire alarm is triggered, you will hear a siren sound. In this case, please keep calm and in case you see signs of fire or smoke, leave the house. In any case, the operator of the security company immediately informs the host about the fire alarm, but please, if it is possible, duplicate this message. False alarms are not excluded, but are extremely rare. Host will contact you immediately (ASAP) if a fire alarm is triggered.
Attention! There is also a fire detector in the kitchen - do not smoke the kitchen and do not make large quantities of steam while cooking.
Attention! In front of the apartment (outside the plastic entrance door) there is a powder fire extinguisher and a fire button (manual fire detector). Press the fire button firmly immediately if you see signs of a fire or smoke, but the fire alarm still no triggered (there is no siren sound signal).
The territory and the entrance to the house are equipped with a video surveillance system (CCTV) for your safety. All videos are strictly confidential and under no circumstances cannot be shown to third parties, with the exception of - at the request of law enforcement agencies.
Attention! Entrance steps to the house can be slippery during rain or snowfall, especially in winter, observe safety precautions.
Attention! The house is located in a safe neighborhood, but nevertheless, please be sure to close the door of the apartment with a key, the front door of the house with an electromagnetic lock (code will be given), and just close the windows and the gate if you leave the premises.
Small valuables, if necessary, can be placed free of charge in the safe.

Attention! Some of the electrical switches are marked with red dots. Please do not touch these switches; they control the outdoor lighting or automatic lighting.
