About this property

The villa is located in Perama Rethymno near the beach of Panormo. The house, is a fully renovated modern building with great aesthetics based on the old stone house of my grandmother Plousia. The villa is fully equipped and suitable for long stays. There is a backyard with a pool, green-space and a BBQ. There is a supermarket next door but near by you can also find a gym, pharmacy, cafes. There are many trails around that you can enjoy a relaxing walk.
