"Beach House on Surfside" is the perfect family beach house with gorgeous views of the ocean and only 150m to the white sand of Sunshine Beach.

From just about every room enjoy the beautiful ocean views, check out the surf and watch whales go by. It really is mesmerising.

On the main level you will find an expansive open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room that all opens up onto the wrap around decks with gorgeous views from just about eveywhere. There is also a powder room and the master bedroom with a king size bed, walk through robe and stunning double vanilty, double shower, full bath ensuite.

Upstairs there are three more bedrooms. Two with Queen size beds and one with two single beds (with two trundle beds underneath that if required need to be requested at time of booking.) There is a full double vanity and shower bathroom and a separate toilet.

Downstairs on the lower level there is a second living area. (The sofa can convert into a double bed but this needs to be requested at time of booking). There is another bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity here also.

The pool is also on this lower level with couch and comfy lounges to enjoy lazy afternoons in the sun.

There is a remote double lock up garage with plenty of space for storage.

There are four TVs, two living areas, DVD player, Sonos Sound System, Nespresso Coffee Machine.

All linen supplied (excl Beach Towels).

Walk to the Sunshine Beach Village Shops, Restaurants & Surf Club on the beach or via local easements.

The beach access is an easy walk as the entrance is just at the end of Surfside Court making it an easy 150m walk to the sand.

Turn left and you are at the dog beach which is why we will consider letting you bring your little fluffy friends with you (just as long as they are house trained and non-shedding.) Or turn right and head to the flags.

Alternately you can walk straight into Noosa National Park with lots of different walks. You can visit Devils Kitchen, Alexandria Bay, Hell's Gates, the Fairy Pools or Winch Cove at Granite Bay. You can keep walking up to Laguna Lookout or through to Noosa Main Beach.

Its a short 10 minute drive to Hastings street, Noosa and a multitude of shops and restaurants to choose from.

There is also a Tesla Wall Charger in the garage should you need to charge up the Tesla while you're there!

Beach House on Surfside accepts bookings for a Maximum or 8 Adults or 12 Guests including children.
