This 1/2 acre lot has 2 house on it. It has a big back deck with a pool. A huge fire pit with plenty of room to gather around. The property has 2 queens beds, 6 twins, 2 queen pull sofas, and a futon. There nice furnished screened porches on both houses. These houses have everything you need to cook, grill, and relax. Plenty of room for parking and boats to get out on the river. Short walks to the bars and restaurants in the area, the famous old mills tavern is about blocks away along with the historic sugar mill. There are 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 washers, 2 dryers. Theses are well supplied houses provided with all kinds of condiments, coffee, soaps detergents, shampoo & conditioner, new dish sponge, paper towels, extra pillows and blanket. Perfect place to get a big group together or family reunion. Big yard to let the kids run around, also have some games for them too. It’s a golf cart community that has that small town feel. Come and enjoy this beautiful property and relax the way your suppose to in Homosassa

Perfect for a large group

Lots of room. Very clean. More than enough space for our two families. Location is perfect for getting to everything. We scalloped out of River Safaris and it was literally a minute away. Old Florida feel. Only wish the mattresses were a little better. But would stay again.

Great stay

Had a long weekend in Homosassa for scalloping with both my family and in laws, rented both houses and it was great. Enjoyed the location near our favorite bars and restaurants, also loved having the pool and screened in patios for the nights at home. Thank you Joshua for the great stay!

DO NOT STAY HERE!

I rented this place for my adult children to stay for their Christmas trip down to Florida. The pictures on line to not reflect the true condition of the property. They must have been taken years ago. Where do I start. First my kids were welcomed by the neighbors PitBull. The carport is falling down also., The property was not clean. I have pictures of roaches on the couch. The counter tops were all greasy. There was hair in the bathroom sinks and showers. The carpet was filthy in spite of a notice asking to “Remove Your Shoes”. When my kids got there at 11pm tired from traveling all day to get here, we had to scramble to find them rooms for the week in the local hotel. It was a nightmare. Then when I called the owner that night to ask for a refund, he refused saying that he and his wife cleaned the place. I guess one persons idea of clean is not another’s. Renter be warned!!
