What makes this Apartment unique
Walk to the Crown St Mall (150m), Wollongong Central (400m), Entertainment Centre (300m), City Beach (500m) or take a stroll through the park and along the boardwalk to the Nth Wollongong Lighthouse (900m). You will be amazed at the convenience.

Noisy, dirty & Cockroches in Apartment
Well what can I say. We arrived to find cockroaches climbing over the surfaces of the kitchen, the toaster, coffee machine. Called the owner but no effort to resolve the issue. The windows of the bedrooms cant be opened (they are locked shut) so there is no way to ventilate the rooms. A/C is noisy and dirty so we had to sleep with the patio door open which meant it was noisy as there is a big pub on the corner that goes until 2 am.
So we decided to clean the apartment ourselves. Found broken glass under the sofa, back of the TV looked like it had not been cleaned in months etc.
After the third night we just could not handle it any longer and paid $400 dollars more to go to the Northbeach hotel for the last night.
Very bad experience which was not helped by the nasty email we received from the owner Allan. We have photos and videos if anyone wants to see them.
Last time we will use VRBO
Thank-you for providing the opportunity to reply to Gary's review, which is a dishonest and inaccurate account of Gary's real experience.
Gary was enjoying his stay immensely at this impeccable property, but his plans then changed mid-stay and he requested an early departure and refund for the final night. Refund policy states 100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days - accordingly, a refund was denied.
Gary continued to insist that a refund be issued and threatened to post a bad review if the refund was not forthcoming.
It is somewhat a flaw in the system, that an individual can hold an owner to ransom and post a review that so flies in the face of every other on-line review about this property.
I trust that any reasonable, discerning person can clearly see through this malicious and defamatory review for what it is.

Wollongong CBD Delight
Unit was excellent. Very large and clean. The location is so close to everything including Crown St Mall, the beach, Win Stadium, the railway station and heaps of restaurants. The unit has two reserved car spaces which is a absolute luxury in Wollongong CBD. The huge tv had Netflix included. Only improvement needed would be for a tv in downstairs bedroom.

Thanks also for the feedback. However, we actually made a conscious decision to keep TV's out of the bedrooms. Instead, we have commissioned a local photographer to decorate the apartment with some fantastic large format original photographs of the local area. The photos are truly unique, both in content and presentation and will have to be seen to be believed!

Beautiful Apartment in Amazing Location
What a beautiful Apartment and amazing location. Allan & Gabrielle were super fast to respond and couldn't be more helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment to any friends/family or work colleagues that need a place to stay in Wollongong. Many Thanks.
The apartment is located in the best part of the city. A plethora of bars, restaurants, and other stores surround the immediate area of the apartment. Everything is within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is outstanding, phenomenal views surround it. Additionally, the host provides shampoo, soap, towels, neccessary materials for cooking and even coffee beans in the expresso machine. Highly recommend this apartment to any young adult, couple, or family.

Perfect location, park the car and walk
The unit is right in the CBD, with everything in walking distance....shops, cinemas, stadium, entertainment centre, the arts precinct, beach and so much more. The unit is very well appointed and feels very homely....so comfortable.
