This spacious 2 story 3 BR unit is perfect for a couple that doesn't want to feel crowded into a hotel room, families or two -three couples on vacation together.
Very spacious, quiet area with modern and well maintained pool, tennis and volleyball courts, squash and a clubhouse.

This lovely unit features a full kitchen, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, full oven, coffee maker, blender, kettle, bread toaster. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils and dinnerware. Washer and dryer .
Brand new a/c and ceiling fans .
Large dining table accommodates 6 people.
We have a small patio where you can enjoy a glass of wine in a company of your dear friends and family.
The unit has 2 full bathrooms on the 2 floor and a powder room on main level.
The master BR has a queen bed with ensuite, second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. All rooms are beautifully decorated.
There are 4 "smart" TVs in total. You can enjoy your local channels, Netflix, Amazon Video and high speed wireless internet.
For your convenience we have beach chairs and umbrella and water toys for children.

Won’t come back.

There were broken cabinets, coffee pot lid, lamps not so lugged in, five glasses in the unit and just over all not well maintained. We had a lot of road noise from cars as the unit is right next to a four lane road. There are about 6 lounge chairs at the pool that is communal. We were told the day before we could not bring our truck. The owner said it was in the listing but she also had that no vehicles were allowed to park overnight at the very bottom. We unfortunately assumed it was an error. Much to our dismay she was only partially wrong. If you drive a truck it will be towed.

Pool and hot tub closed!!

Would not have rented this property without the pool and hot tub that were advertised on their listing. Without the pool, our entire trip was greatly altered, because the couple we traveled with are 82 years old and we were planning on using pool area during the day. Owner did not have light bulbs replaced over dining table at our request. He told us to plug in a lamp and place on table. Garbage disposal is disconnected “for safety reasons “ we were told. There is an 8 “ lizard living in condo. He told us to leave a door open and it would go out?? The condo was clean and owner responded to each of our concerns, even if the answers weren’t helpful.

DO NOT STAY IF YOU HAVE A TRUCK!

The owner of the property send me a message the day before that I cannot have a pick up truck to stay overnight at the property, if we did they would tow it. I advised her that I was driving a pick up truck and she told me I could go find public parking for overnight, or I can go back and exchange my rental. We were driving from across the country to drop off our son , that was not an option. We spoke to security at the property and they did tell us that they will tow the vehicle away if we leave it overnight. We found somewhere to leave it for the night, but had to pay for umber from and to the truck. My son ended up staying at the college and we went to rent a car. Those were extra expenses that we should of had to incur . We were so disappointed that this was not advised before , I would have never booked if I knew this. This condo also needs to be exterminated, there was ants everywhere in the kitchen.

Great location

We rented this home for a week to attend Spring Training baseball games. The location is perfect for a quick trip to the ball park and has plenty of restaurants, a Publix and other businesses close by. The owners were very responsive to any questions or issues we had. The place was not as tidy as I would’ve liked (for example, there was extra flooring from a bathroom redo behind the sofa, we saw toys and Tupperware under the sofa and behind the TV and there were power tools in the bedroom closets) but, the bathrooms were clean and the accommodations overall were completely fine. The kitchen is well equipped with everything except glasses (two wine glasses, two water glasses and a random highball glass was all there was). With a bit more attention to the details, this could be a stellar rental.

Very clean

Very close to baseball fields. The area is a gated community; however, the gates were not working properly. The owners did make me aware prior to arrival. At no fault to the owners, the property grounds do not appear to be maintained very well. All the amenities were excellent and as promised. I would definitely stay here again.
