About this property

Very clean, pretty & cozy home located on the west side of town. The entire two story house is available to guests. Upstairs has two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the second one with two twin beds. One jack-and-Jill full bathroom. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom with access from bedroom and hallway. One very cozy living room with a big screen TV, basic cable and internet. A kitchen with dishes, utensils and pots & pans with a small table. One double garage. Washer and dryer in garage.
Safe neighborhood with quiet and nice neighbors. You might even hear the train horn, due to how quiet the neighborhood is.

Perfect for us!

This home is 3 bed, 2 bath, perfect for my husband and me, and our three children. The ac kept us cool during a heat wave, and was a convenient location. Nothing super fancy about this home, but we really enjoyed our stay!

Nice stay!

The house was clean and it had everything we needed. Freeway, restaurants and stores close by. Would recommend house to everyone.

Pictures are not accurate..

From outside this is a just a rental for monetary gain not a place to stay more then a day or 2 as the place inside is run down, walls need to be painted and repaired, carpet is original , torn shower curtain in upper bathroom along with horrible mattress. First night attempted to cook with the oven but never heated up to temp so wasted food . Owner was never friendly when we came across each other basically rude and never introduced herself.

Clean property / so so AC

Air conditioning was not traditional (evaporative) and could not keep up with the 100+ degree heat. We walked into an absolute oven the first day as the ac was turned off. Since this was a swamp cooler ac it took over 24 hours to bring the home to a comfortable temperature. As informed by the owner I had to keep a downstairs and upstairs window open for the system to operate. I did not feel comfortable leaving windows open with my keeps sleeping in the night. I’m not from El Paso and never dealt with a setup like this.
