Located on the 15 floor with 180 degrees panoramic ocean front. Balcony with the most beautiful sunsets!
King size bed with a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. TV, AC,RESERVED PK, New bathroom, new floors.
The Condo-Hotel ESJ is located on the beach of Isla Verde. It comes with amenities to make all guests feeling home away from home: Front desk 24 hours, enjoy our large swimming pool,complete with children’s pool and playground. You can break a sweat at the fitness center, take a water aerobics class, shoot a game of pool, or head to the new Cielo Bar for your favorite drink and a good time with friends and family. The ESJ has been my home for the last 32 years!

I really wanted to love this place but there was a lot wrong with the actual apartment, the only nice thing was the view. Leaks from the apartment above us almost everyday, that would flood our floors, the kitchen appliances were very outdated, bed as well. We also seen a few baby roaches. The lobby & pool were very nice, and the employees were pleasant as well. The owner of a the property was very attentive and was very nice but my partner and I were very unhappy with our stay here and would not recommend.

Gorgeous VIew!!

Chana was very helpful and accommodating! The condo view was amazing, the suite spacious, and a cool air conditioner!The hotel had the option to purchase beach chairs and umbrellas during the day, a beautiful pool and hot tub with a pool bar serving up food and drinks, and was located right next to the El San Juan Hotel, where lots of bars and a night club can be found! Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

Great Location! Great, Responsive Owner!

My husband and I have been vacationing in PR for 38 years. This is our favorite Condo Hotel, and this room offers our favorite view of Isla Verde beach. And having an attentive owner like Chana on site is a bonus. Highly recommend!
