Great open living and reasonably clean. Bin outside was full, so made it hard for us to put out our rubbish. On Original booking it says check out is 11, but through communication with owner they said standard checkout is 10am.

We were shocked when we arrived at the state of the garden. Weeds (once was a lawn) up to a metre high in both front and back. The property was very basic and lacking appointments. There was a camera pointing onto the back deck, so that any activity could be monitored which is a gross breach of privacy. Would not recommend this property.

My summer home

I rented the property for 3 months while working in Mildura over the summer. Hopefully it’s available same time next year as it Had everything I wanted and needed.

A very budget price for holiday house

its ok for staying overnight, we had a very hot day in this house, all bedrooms don’t have air-con, couldn’t open the windows due to no fly screen, pots and pans need to upgrade.

Dirty

We all needed a good night sleep as we had a 10 hr drive, but this was not to happen there wasn't one good bed in any room, the main room even had springs sticking out of bed. Also the bench and kitchen cupboard was very Dirty.
