The beach has calm waters, great for family, with many kiosks, schooner ride, kayaks, banana, and a water slide inside the sea (see photo)
The neighborhood has tb great waterfalls like the "Renata" waterfall.

Various possibilities of beaches around as: Sapê beach, Lagoinha beach, cçandoca beach, wrist beach, hard beach, beach of the fortress, etc.



Obs Cleaning fee pertaining to cleaning at the entrance and exit of the stay.

Apartamento Novo! Custo beneficio excelente.

O apartamento é muito novo, acomoda 8 pessoas com conforto. Não tem muitos utensílios de cozinha, somente o básico, sentimos a falta de uma garrafa de café. Outro ponto a se considerar é portão da garagem, ele é meio estreito, estávamos em um Onix e um Golf, passava com 4 dedos de cada lado os retrovisores, talvez uma camionete das maiores categorias não entre. Mais as observações acima não me impedem de super recomendar o apartamento, são somente observações. O apartamento é muito novo, o anfitrião é um cara muito gente fina, que esteve sempre a disposição. É o melhor custo beneficio que eu já aluguei em Ubatuba.

Uma boa localização, o apartamento é novo e o condomínio ainda está em fase de construção, o que causou um pouco de desconforto, mas nada que desabone as instalações. O Rafael é muito prestativo e a Sra Antônia nós recebeu muito bem. Tivemos uma boa estadia.

O apartamento é bom, mas faltam alguns utensílios de cozinha, estávamos em 5 é só tinha lugar na mesa para 4 e sofá para 2 pessoas, e há uma construção no mesmo terreno de outros apartamentos

Ap . E tudo novo como diz anuncio , limpeza impecavel , so nao tinha armarios nos quartos , ficamos em tres , ai tivemos opcao de colocar as malas emcima das beliches , sofa so pra duas pessoas , ate 4 pessoas acredito que seria ideal ,mas para 8 fica bem apertado , seria ideal que colocasse iluminacao na garagem , pq a rua ja nao tem , so alguns metros depois ,saimos a noite pra jantar tivemos que ilumimar com lanterna do celular pra abrir o portao, nós ficamos com pouco de medo pq tava muito escuro e dos lados do ap. Tem terreno com muito mato , do outro lado uma construcao .mas pra quem gosta de sossego e bom .
